I was emailed an 11 digit code with the clue "32 come before", any ideas?

I got this earlier today, and can't figure it out. It's not random spam, I know who its from. The subject was "Welcome" and the message was "To figure out a mystery, you must understand the message hidden in the following, but be aware that 32 come before: P9qd3V5NnpU"

We all fall for it sometimes. I was suspicious of the code when I saw it, it looked too YouTube like not to be one. Just searched it and that video is all that came up.

My guess is that it doesn't represent any sort of useful knowledge, but is just another pointless, and answerless, pseudo religious conundrum to waste your time on. 'Mystery Babylon' by another name.
