Seems a conviction was never really an option. Apparently the Judge’s idea of a “day of reckoning” meant he was going to throw the case out of his courtroom.

Not Guilty verdict. Dismissed with prejudice. Not sure which of these overrides which, but he’s free and the state may never bring these charges against him again.

Time to give the media the Sandmann treatment.
