Now, was it 81 million--let's just say, I doubt it...a lot. But, it was enough that shenanigan's worked, where as a truly popular President--I mean across the board, Reagan as an example appealed to a whole host of folks across party lines--would have been immune to wide spread shenanigans.

Because of the jackassedness (is that even a word??), we are where we are today. With a completely incompetent administration that will go down in history as the worst ever--and they did it so easily.
