Actually, he looks more like an Old Mr. Potato Head… but one that may had beaten down-syndrome at a later age in life.
You know, it took awhile, but after years and years of trying, he finally did it.

It's disturbing watching this level of incompetence and their eagerness to put this kid away for the rest of his life knowing he's not guilty. Prosecutors in general are some of the most evil people we have. The sheer numbers of them that have mental problems years after leaving demonstrates at least some had some sort of conscious after the fact...not this guy.

The prosecution's rebuttal was insane! If their case was bad before, having him raise his voice to the jury for an hour defending his own office more than arguing the case just killed any chance they had, not that they really had a chance. Awful stuff They never should have brought this case.

Defense attorneys and Prosecutors are equally morally insane it just depends on the case .

and That is the problem with the people who run the USA , 99% of them are Law School graduates 'aka' Lawyers.

It's not the first time he attempted to say someone had a weapon illegally when they in fact did not. There was a trucker who had a gun legally in his truck. He tried to say it was illegal. It was not. Kyle had the weapon legally and nothing in the law says for hunting. He needs to be disbarred for wasting tax dollars and flat out lying but he won't. He will keep lying.

All of our prior analysis of this case (copblaster.com...…) was based on two things we thought we knew for sure. First, that Rittenhouse had a duty to flee before he could legally defend himself because as a minor in possession of a firearm he was engaged in criminal activity. Second, that Rittenhouse was running away from Joseph Rosenbaum when he opened fire. Now we have to change our analysis because the first assumption is no longer valid. Unless the state can show that Rittenhouse provoked Rosenbaum, Rittenhouse had a legal right to stand his ground. Despite having a legal right to stand his ground he chose to flee before shooting Rosenbaum at the last minute. Those facts warrant acquittal unless provocation took place and that provocation was intended to provoke a response that would otherwise justify self-defense.

If I have to protect property from them they're rioters, not protesters, and yes. Lets try to make this common sense. If you threaten someone's life and chase them, that person has a right to shoot you on the face. I know the left has a problem with facts, but this is a fact. It's not a feeling, or a matter of what's the most fair, or even a question if he could have just round-house kicked the rioters into submission like Chuck Norris or something. The only real tragedy is that one of these wastes of life survived.
