My feeling is that the Greys were into polluting the human

I loved Babylon 5 and was completely hooked on it.
G'Kar was my favorite in the series and Kosh.I liked
Bester and Garibaldi.I think everyone loved Vir Koto.

This planet has plentiful resources to sustain an even larger population, unfortunately we are driven by greed and those who control the resources would prefer to use them to create and consolidate personal wealth rather than for the good of our species and our planet.

When the people with the largest carbon footprint on the planet fly in on private jets to lecture us i tend to switch off. Those are the ones who own the dirty industry which is driven by profit at the expense of nature and force feed us a diet of consumerist propaganda to feed their own interests.

If Prince Charles want's to blame someone i think he should look in the mirror.

I would welcome alien visitors, hopefully they could bring our species back into balance and rid us of the wicked leaders who treat our world like a garbage dump and its people like slaves.

It would be more screwed up if they weren't aliens at all, and are from here, an probably been around as long as we have, or longer.

We are not overpopulated, that is a flat out lie.

There have been many Hollywood productions already about Aliens living with us. Most of a sinister variety, and some were the aliens meld with us.

I think Body Snatchers is the most intriguing alien invasion movie. And another interesting one was the one done in 1951, The Day the Earth Stood Still, in which Keanu Reeves did a modern remake in 2008. Body snatchers was done a few times: 1957, 1978, and the latest with Donald Sutherland in 1993.

The issue with what you are saying has a double-edged sword.

I agree it's not a problem of overpopulation but insufficient resources.

The idea that aliens can fix that may be something you might want to rethink because to improve it may require certain restrictions of "freedoms" we have come to expect.

Humans don't understand there is no such thing as unlimited freedom or unlimited anything. Restrictions on certain things have to come about sooner or later. So aliens to fix this might have to impose it on us.

In several shows and movies, we see something happen to an alien world, and whatever citizens of said world leave and try and make a home on Earth.

It's political propaganda by the open borders crowd.

Not aliens of the ET kind- aliens from South of the border and the middle east,africa.

Imagine for a second a world without rampant consumerism. The vast majority of our resources are controlled by a few men who influence the public mind and hypnotise the masses through marketing and advertising. How much of what Amazon sells is necessity and how much of it is just shallow useless items that end up at landfill? Do we really need a million different products with different badges? Monopolisation of industry isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it may reduce product choice and waste however the problem is the organisational structure. The vast majority of our resources are thrown away to feed the greed of oligarchs who buy up all the land and let us fight for the scraps.

Now power is consolidated we face the very real prospect that capitalism will end and individual resources are allocated, monitored and capped. Unfortunately this will lead to only two classes, the elite and the slave. A tiny minority will live free with abundance while the rest fight over the ruins.

Capitalism is basically a legal dog-eat-dog system, and most likely will eventually destroy us all and this planet.
Unless there’s some secret mechanism at work controlling this (which there is no evidence there is) or there is some kind of intervention from aliens or a" God" system of some sort.
If there is then that intelligence is playing some kind of game with us...

In other words, nobody’s in the control room giving any kind of reason or guidance to us other than self-perpetuating our physical existence the best we know-how, which has led to the most horrendous actions imaginable, through selfishness, ethnocentric slaughter, and greed.


As for our capitalist system, when one becomes top dog, they do everything they can to keep the others as underdogs, thereby corrupting the very system that is supposed to make things fair and just. They live by greed and selfishness not any universal care for humanity.


Any kind of intervention from some higher intelligence(aliens) would have to enforce on human’s certain rules they would never be inclined to enforce on themselves. Just like we enforce on children rules they don’t understand or they would run amuck

Interesting points and ending thought…

I have often thought that with every civilization, there has always been a Formal Dress Code that was the norm by whatever civilization was in existence.

And so … I theorize…..once a civilization runs out of all the Formal Dress Code’s ….humanity might come to an End.

To illustrate….below are various time periods including current, of mostly Formal Dress Code attire…..It’s what you might see at formal gatherings…..and for the business world, in boardroom meetings.

Presently a Formal Dress Code suit consists of a shirt, tie, straight legged pants, and jacket. Not including shoes, underwear (unless you go commando), and socks.

We as a species have imagined and shown all types of attire…including sci-fi other worldly fashions.

But then what’s next for the reality in the attire of humanity’s business boardroom, different from the present Formal Dress Code???

Does society, does civilization, end when we’ve run out of Formal Dress Code standards?

Below is what has already been worn, and currently worn.



So then….what of, what’s shown below? To the left, very futuristic 2 piece outfit with formal looking aspects…..to the right….1 piece outfits with formal uniformed aspects.

Can anyone imagine either of these styles as the next Buisness, Corporate, Formal Dress Code standard look for our present civilization?

I’m not seeing it…..otherwise IMO…the styles, either one, or similar styles, would already be transitioning to be the new norm. Could it be after my lifetime? I don’t know……

So I’m left with the possible end of our civilization not to far out in the future.
