In the video that comes with the article, Bannon seems happy with his situation. He says stay focused.

He says to stay on message. ''Signal not noise'' While pointing into the courthouse behind him he says that is all noise and then points out to the street and says ''that's signal''.

So what is that signal? Is he telling people to be ready and stay focused for some sort of signal for action?

The judge will retire but guys like Binger will likely eventually become judges and that's worrying.

TPTB are doing this as a heavy dose of pomp and circumstance, makes me wonder if they really want to look heavy-handed in all this.

IIRC in Smedley Butler's affair and all of those pleading with him to lead their cause, didn't even get a public acknowledgment. This could backfire or do they want that so it justifies whatever restrictions they want to impose.
