BC Dr diagnoses 70 year old woman with..sigh....Climate Change

So I thought this was satire when I first read this but nope.

A B.C. doctor has captured the world's attention by likely being the first physician to diagnose a patient with "climate change." Nelson-based Dr. Kyle Merritt gave the controversial diagnosis over the summer, saying the symptoms a patient in her 70s was seeing all tied back to one thing

I am wondering what kind of tests where done to determine this, is this the start of the next lockdown?

There are plenty of stupid doctors out there. Now more than ever before. I'm sure they will just change some key definitions to ensure he can continue his virtue signaling.

I also suffer from Climate Change and the only cure is for the government to pay me to sit on my ass.

The libtards will give this guy his 15 minutes of fame, maybe even make him out to be a hero. Maybe Time magazine will make him Person of the Year like they did with Greta.

Edit: I really loathe the fact they highlight what the average person can do to prevent climate change. If we're being honest here and man-made climate change is a reality, it's not the average person causing any impact but countries with horrible energy policies, and corporations that basically bypass regulations with money.

I don't know the symptoms, but I know a fool-proof cure.

All you gotta do is close your eyes as tight as possible. Then ram your thumbs deep into your ears. Now blow as much air as possible inside your mouth, expanding your cheeks. Then start rotating 360° while hopping on one leg.

Do that continuously for 5 - 8 minutes tops, and you'll be cured for at least 24 hours, at which time you MAY have to repeat the process while hopping on the other foot.

I live on the Washington coast. If I'm in the shop I can get that way easily. I'm a blacksmith. I would guess that with the way that the planet is tipping it could be seen that way.

Yep, it's fairly easy to have symptoms like this in a variety of settings. This is a 70 year old woman, elderly are more susceptible to heat stroke due to their bodies not holding water as well as younger folks. I was fairly certain that most doctors understood this concept, however this guy apparently wanted to stir the pot.

Great instead of going after Big Pharma for my Mom's AFIB and fluid on her heart and lungs two weeks after the 2nd dose, we can go after Big Oil.

The only condition that could be realistically blamed on Climate change is insanity.

Someone who blames all kinds of things on Climate change is definitely insane. Yes, we are screwing up the environment, yet they choose to focus on Carbon and methane instead of consumerism as the cause of the problem. Build things to last many years, don't be buying things you do not really need. Christmas presents can be things you need, they do not have to be things you want instead of things you need.

Seems that people promoting the climate change agenda just want our money, they do not really want to fix our environment, they will tear up millions of acres to mine the minerals they need to make car batteries.

This is nothing but a stupid pubicity stunt. Meanwhile these same doctors are not standing up for people's health, physical and mental, in the covid vax mandate arena or standing up for the nurses they are losing.

All it takes was a shift from normal, like extreme cold temperatures can take out the weak/elderly/homeless in tropical places without actually hitting freezing. The interior of BC is the hottest and hit the record at 49.6, which is 121 Farenheit, That's hot and it had been close to that hot for over a week. Over 500 people died of heat stroke this summer.

Still stupid to say someone has climate change.

I guess her hot flashes are a form of climate emergency.. Maybe her climate is changing..

I couldn't agree more with this statement, he wants he 15 mins and he will get it but what does this mean for Dr's in Canada that may follow suit.

Their respect for choosing money over moral duty and code has already damaged their reputation which wasn't that great with me any due to many bad experiences but this is another level of borderline insanity for 1 considering it and 2 officially recording it in a medical file.
