I loved the article but did not like the title much. For one, no one went Rouge here that is some clickbait drivel in the title in my opinion. I did like the content here even though Zerohedge as the source, not the greatest but in this case well researched documented, and resourced. It made me proud to be a resident of OK land to read this news bit.

he reports to the governor dont think the pentagon can do much more than complain and refuse to activate any of them for deployment.

Could be wrong not that up to date on the guard beyond their boss is the governor, unless activated.

He will be removed and replaced by a soldier that can follow orders, as is the military.

While enlisted, you are property, you have no autonomy over your body, they can inject you with experimental drugs and if you refuse, out you go.
They will always find a replacement that will follow orders.

It's all part of the sacrifice for that treasured veteran status.

Why someone believes that putting yourself in such a situation equates to glory is fascinating.

If he indeed went rogue he'd be proclaiming about how they're trying to steal our precious bodily fluids.

Bravo to the Commander. It is illegal to enforce people to take a EAU vaccine. EAU law states that the people have the right to refuse.

I've been worried about what would happen to soldiers immune systems once vaccinated. Since the vaccines lose their efficiency every 3-6 months, that means soldiers would be required to take nonstop boosters. And as the vaccine wanes, their immune systems become weaker than before the vax. That means a bunch of weak soldiers with weak immune systems to become slaves to boosters. That's dangerous to do to soldiers.

This may all come about the vaccine and stress in the human body. Normally we can handle a #load of daily stress, but just think of the military personal on the battle field. Soldiers not dying of bullets but the overload of the our stress system. Was that engineered into the Virus? Good question really. Maybe that is why some sports people are falling dead. But we are just going to have to wait and see the basketball season now, aren't we.

You do realise a large portion of your post applies to everyone who is a participant in this experiment and not just soldiers. If your not on the boost your confined to the roost.

This General is the commander of the Oklahoma National Guard which is the 'well regulated militia' as defined by the Constitution. He is bound by his oath of office

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed ...

And as to the management of the National Guard (the "well regulated militia"):

(Article 1 Section 8)

The Congress shall have power to...

• To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;
  
• To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;
  
• To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

And:

The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States;

Thus the Congress sets standards for the training and discipline of the National Guard. That training and discipline INCLUDES ensuring their readiness for duty "when called into the actual service of the United States". The President, as Commander in Chief, is responsible for ensuring that those training and discipline standards are maintained.

"Readiness for duty" INCLUDES being healthy and maintaining their health and to that end that has ALWAYS included appropriate vaccination against disease - since the time of the War for Independence and the orders of General George Washington.

The Department of Defense (DoD) administers 17 different vaccines, as outlined in the Joint Instruction on Immunizations and Chemoprophylaxis (Secretaries of the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Transportation, 1995), for the prevention of infectious diseases among military personnel, where appropriate. The vaccines are administered to military personnel on the basis of military occupation, the location of the deployment, and mission requirements. (Current Status of Vaccines for Military Personnel)

Notice that the following table contains data from around 2002 - it does not include the Covid-19 vaccine. The point of this table is to show that the Military ALREADY REQUIRES vaccination of personnel where appropriate to their duty.

This General is bound by his oath and position to maintain the training and discipline of the troops entrusted to him, and to obey the lawful orders of the President of the United States. Ensuring the health and readiness for duty of his troops is absolutely his responsibility and failure to do so in defiance of a direct order by his Commander In Chief is an abnegation of his oath of office.

Methinks that the General is heading for a Court Martial.

He was a recent replacement by the governor of this post he holds now. The previous general did not want to make this stand I think.

The national guard is under direct control of the Governor of the state. It does not fall under federal jurisdiction last time I checked. If it did fall under federal jurisdiction, national guard forces would be legally considered regular federal military forces and would be non-operation within the borders of the US, as operations would breach posse comitatus. Since we all know they are operational within US/State borders, they are not federally controlled. Biden can pound sand up its arse.

You should try reading the Constitution some time, Bob.

The officers of the National Guard are appointed by the States - while setting discipline, training and readiness standards are the responsibility of the Congress. Ensuring those standards are maintained is the responsibility of the Commander In Chief.

Consider the situation where the President mobilizes the National Guard (for domestic or overseas duty). When called up by the President they are most certainly 'under Federal Jurisdiction' - and the Governor can "pound sand" as you so colorfully put it (as, for example, George Wallace found out).

Those troops must be operationally ready to move out NOW, not a month from now. They need to have completed the entire course of required vaccines (diphtheria, polio, covid-19, flu, what ever) BEFORE they are required to deploy. And that means it should already be done because a call-up could happen at any time. Any National Guard troops that are not properly vaccinated and are therefore not able to be deployed when called on are violating their duty to maintain that readiness.
