doesn't have to be dishes related, could be a pic of rain drops on something that don't necessarily look like rain. I once took a couple of pics of rain that had landed on a patch of diesel on the road and each splash was full of colours. It looked magical! So I made a kind of pattern pic by combining them and duplicating them in photoshop. Just thought it looked pretty lol. Some of the most mundane things in life, can be surprisingly beautiful.

Yes it does too. Ŵhen I was a kid marbles that looked like this (and they were more of a rarity so prized more), rather than the clear ones with the coloured flecks in the centre were termed as a 'spaggie' marble. Dunno if that is a universal term or just a local one.
