Your chart makes it perfectly clear who should want the Covid-19 vaccines the most. Those over age 65. But they should be OPTIONAL, even for that age group...just like flu vaccines are.

I have been pretty consistent stating I am completely against mandates. I will fight against lies and mandates every chance I get. The biggest argument for groups that were low risk to get vaccinated are now gone because of Delta (and that is to keep from getting covid and passing it on to at risk groups, the vaccine doesn't stop infection only serious illness so if you are low risk for serious illness you are not really in need of the vaccine imo).

Here's Georgia's current status

In Georgia, there were 646 newly reported COVID-19 cases and 102 newly reported COVID-19 total deaths on Nov 10, 2021 one of the lowest 48% COMPLETELY VACCINATED

In Massachusetts, there were 1,740 newly reported COVID-19 cases and 21 newly reported COVID-19 deaths on Nov 10, 2021
they are vaccinated at an 81% clip.

The differences are minuscule, so Georgia has way fewer cases but more deaths. Keep in mind Massachusetts population is less than half of Georgia's. Regardless the number of deaths is approximately 90 persons more in a state of 10.5 million people.

Statistitions would call that an inconsequential number.

FWIW it's okay to be emotional and has your feelz with your individual self and circle of family and friends. I've got close family members who are vaccinated and those who aren't.

The 2 not vaccinated got COVID and are now fine about 4-5 weeks later, the 2 fully vaccinated, we got 1 in the hospitals right now and she can't have her knee surgery cause she is showing signs of AFIB that she hasn't ever had.

Not saying it's because of the vaccine but it is peculiar she was fine last week ar her pre-op check-up and every check-up before.

In my household we had 0 deaths from Chicago gang violence. Guess that's not a problem either. It's hilarious how you keep changing goalposts and try to cherry pick data in a way to minimize (such as looking at deaths over the course of 1 day only) even though you can't refute anything I said with data.

I have zero plans to vaccinate my daughter. Doesn't mean I will lie about the vaccine. Covid tends to be less severe than the average flu for children.

Hilarious lie. It's the opposite. You are not fully vaxxed until 15 days after getting the second jab. So day 15 or day 300 .. fully vaxxed.

Im not refuting yes the numbers are lower if you are vaccinated, I'm saying the differences are so small that they are so insignificant, so much so if you have to pick up 10.5 million dollars Id bet you would leave way more than 90 on the ground.

That said I don't want to hurt your sensitive feelz and the need to be acknowledged as technically correct.

I had Covid 19 Alpha on 1/1/2021 for the whole month. It was scary as can be. It was not the flu. I had no temperature, I had a six day headache, I lost sense of smell and taste on day three for months. Then when it came back it was off replaced with unexplainable petroleium sewage rotten smell and taste peaking on May in disgusting awareness. Tooth paste was unbearable. Coffee, poo, cut grass, beef, cheerios, toothpaste, vacuum cleaner smells were all wrong. I lost my hair for two months. Heavy shedding. It has taken 11 months for my smell and taste to be 90% of orginal sense of smell. Even now I can smell perfume for only a minute. I had the head cold, and no fever. I slept a lot like in a coma for a week, had dizziness when I stood up. I have since been vaccinated twice, wear the mask N95 faithfully, hand sanitize and distance like crazy. It's not something you want to experience, let alone twice. Sleeping sitting up I wondered each night if I were going to die. Thank God dogs can't catch this, my only comfort was them being there at that moment. I caught Covid 19 A at my sons wedding. The couple who had it was at our table. They were exposed the day before and had no idea. I sat 4-5 feet away from them yet I still got it. IT is that damn contagious!!!!!!! And that was the Alpha variant folks. This disease is serious, and you don't know how it will effect your body. The vaccines were like the start of mini Covid 19 case for me, so I know my body reacted and recognized it immediately. I had a painful as can be golf ball lymph node after the shot in my arm pit for five days. O+ blood type. I don't feel Covid 19 has gone anywhere. Still over 1000 Americans die daily from this. Good luck and God Bless everyone! Try hard to stay healthy! Masks work, I didn't get it until I took it off at a wedding. Yes, I have conflicted emotions about my son's wedding. No relatives came from out of town. Smart choice, it was like they were all dead because they didn't show up. A very weird feeling. I wished my husband and I distanced ourselves from the guests more, the other divorced parents did. They did not get Covid. I has just been a really horrible year all year with every facet of our lives.

probably because vaccinated people get complacent and stop masking, stop using gloves and washing hands or surfaces and refuse to social distance anymore. or it could simply be that high vax rate areas got vaccinated earlier so the vaccine has lost effectiveness while low vax areas are more newly vaccinated, or it simply could be that low vax areas are more sparsely populated. could be either one.
