Poland does what American admins say they would do regardless. Poland hosts a number of American bases.

Our presence there does not demean or limit Poland's border policies.

Migrate lawfully or don't migrate at all.

That's all I have to say.

I am sick of people taking advantage of kinder nations when my wife did it legally and expensively.

We do need to crack down harder in the US and I support Poland for supporting it's integrity.

I also support. I agree with you, this may be paradoxical for you. But all the questions are about EU legislation. Migrants use it, they are assisted by European lawyers, whose work is paid for by European funds. To Belarus, and even more to Russia, what questions can you have?

Neighboring countries know what Russia is made of, they have learnt it in a hard way. Your reply is only a propaganda and whitewashing what Russia has done for decades and generations, ask their neighboring countries what they think of Russia and how they managed under Russian rule. When they were second class citizens in the country of their ancestors and they had just minimal rights.. this is what Russia was and will be if others let them.

It is difficult for me to navigate in the legislation of the United States and the European Union, where more than 50 gender individuals have already been legally adopted. We Russians are accustomed to man and woman, wife and husband. So I'm sorry if I didn't understand your numerous gender differences))))

RIGHT now

Belarus threatens to cut off gas to EU in border row

BBC

Belarus's leader has threatened to cut off gas supplies to Europe if sanctions are imposed over an escalating migrant crisis at the country's border.

Thousands of people are at the border with Poland, enduring freezing conditions in the hope of crossing into the European Union.

EU officials have accused Belarus of provoking the crisis to undermine its security, an allegation it denies.

In retaliation, the EU is reportedly planning a fresh package of sanctions.

But on Thursday the country's long-time authoritarian leader Alexander Lukashenko warned: "If they impose additional sanctions on us... we must respond."

"We are heating Europe, and they are threatening us," he said, referring to a Russian gas pipeline that runs through Belarus and into the EU.

"And what if we halt natural gas supplies? Therefore, I would recommend the leadership of Poland, Lithuanians and other empty-headed people to think before speaking," he added.

Sounds to me like Belarus has just become the newest multi-cultural country in Europe. Congratulations?

So. Since Belarus allowed those people to enter, that is where they can seek shelter from abusive homeland politics, bad weather, whatever.

The EU and its member states are under ZERO obligation to bring those migrants over the Polish or Lithuanian borders, as Belarus is VERY capable of sheltering and assisting those people. If the migrants do not wish to remain in Belarus, that is NOT the EU's problem; it is on Belarus to return them to their homelands.

This is nothing but a bad gambit by the leader of Belarus. Not only is he not going to succeed in getting many people across that border, he is going to have a migrant issue within his own country, AND he is going to surrender a lot of independence to Moscow because he won't want to have go eye to eye with NATO without Putin's forces in his country. Stupid plus on his part. It may make him feel powerful at the moment, but the long term reality will be one he won't be fond of.

On the part of the EU, all this will accomplish is make them focus more on political realities instead of ideological tail-chasing.

Cheers

I am a citizen of Russia, not of Belarus. I cannot comment. But if the EU introduces general sanctions against Belarus, then it is logical to assume. that Belarus will also impose sanctions against Europe. Or not?)))

I never liked EU... but
Never let countries like Russia or Belarus think they should do it for them..
EU can and will die for its own impotence in time.. but the time is not now. It should be well handled break not a chaos.

Oh yeah
I do apologise
I just forgot that Poles got far more than they bargained for when they decided they wanted real Levi jeans and a little freedom

Freedom as in the hidden hand passed from one superpower to another
