You should hear him now. He dismissed the jury and is ripping the DA pretty bad. You'll see highlights on this. I've never seen it before, this judge is a badass.

I know it will be a "flash in the pan" and BOGO can still harvest a pocket full. I've been a designer of commercial products for over 50 years. I had a retail/mfg./design op but covid shut it down. Commercial opportunities are everywhere now!!!

The judge needs to tell the DA,there will be no mistrial and this will be sent to the jury so stop trying to get a mistrial. Otherwise he will dismiss the charges in such a way they cannot be retried.
