She did not have to be told jack SHIZZ. Projects like these are always compartmentalized and even then she shoud do the job she was hired for and that is not manipulating the results and cash in.

You get a job from the Navy. With specific specifications and demands and then on her own she just decides it is stupid and doctors the results and paperwork. I hope she gets her full sentence.

She is being set up to take the fall for a much broader problem. She probably was BSed to believe that the problem was not really a problem, that it was the way it is and that the regulations were wrong. She is the scapegoat
