Antifa has shot and/or killed half a dozen people in the last 2 years. They are armed. They are going after specific people already. BLM killed 6 in 2016. Look up the Garret Foster case also. It will be important moving forward.

This is one of the main reasons Kyle was correct in what he did. Pull a gun on someone and it is open season. Once Kyle is found NG it will be open season on Antifa not the other way around. The precedent to protect yourself from these groups is now in the books.

I haven't really been following the trial.
That being said, IDK if that this confession alone would sway me if I was on the jury. I mean, Rittenhouse did just shoot someone in the head. Then you had these guys, probably thinking they were the good guys, chasing him down. The guy with the gun didn't shoot Rittenhouse. Why not? Maybe he thought he could hold him at gun point till the cops came or to do a citizens' arrest.

Clearly, both parties thought they were the good guys with guns.

I would agree, all involved thought they were in the right, except for Rosenbaum, all this carnage rests on him, hell, he may of committed suicide?

As for Gaige, his gun was lower, he never got shot, when he directed it to Kyle, he got shot..was he going to shoot Kyle? we'll never know for sure, but if you point it, all bets are off. To be fair, Kyle had his rifle pointed as well, important to note..he only fired when Gaige directed his gun.

first rule of gun safety, all guns are loaded until you verify they aren't.
Second rule is never point your weapon at something you don't intend to kill.

Yep,learned that stuff when I was 7 years old.

Look what happened is absolutely terrible and should have been avoidable on so many instance but the fact that the dude went up and told the #ing truth, I can applaud that.

Dismiss this #ing case.

to be honest he tried not to tell the truth. it was only after he was confronted by evidence (a still clearly showing him with the gun aimed at Rittenhouse, and stating it was right before his "bicep was "expletive" obliterated") , and got himself trapped in his lie. was the truth finally, almost painfully drawn out of him. so not much applause from me for "telling the truth". without that evidence shoved in his face, and thus shown that he would be caught perjering himself (a criminal offense remember), he would have continued in his lie that his hands were up, and was not a threat.

Good point to bring up as I only saw the video of him stating the "truth". So good context, thanks!

It seems like in both of those cases that the protester was killed because they didn't shoot first, which lends to my argument that both sides will be a bit more trigger-happy moving forward.

The testimony of the kid who was shot had him indicating just how passionately he was about the second amendment. So passionate that he forgot to renew his concealed carry permit but decided to carry a loaded pistol after all.

So following his own reasoning...his own stated under the witness stand testimony....how does a guy passionate about gun ownership end up carry unlicensed during a riot? And sure he had the medic vest on. The only problems I heard "medics" were having at protests was from the police. So why did he have that loaded pistol again?

The prosecution has been blowing this case from the get go. Even the corrupt MSM is having a hard time lying about the court room narrative.

It's getting real cold in Wisconsin though. Will the libs find the courage to riot when Kyle is acquitted?
Sure, in fact this Prosecutor is already a dumpster fire.

I was commenting on the second part after that. About giving into the left to prevent a riot.

Scroll along Posobiec's timeline. Good info about the trial posted since it began. Also, the Prosecution just rested. They're done.

Yes, they testified they had nothing to do with the group protecting the lots, turns out that's untrue, and they welcomed the protection..thats the gist of it, I have missed a fair bit of the testimony, so light on the details, the comments all indicate they lied. The guy testifying right now is key. He was a former employee, and was part of the group. Turns out, the brothers were going to pay for the help..they never paid..lol

I will have to catch up myself.

Pretty much everyone has a past though, I didn't find him deceptive, the car lot guys though..imo..%100 they were, I gave them, benefit of doubt yesterday, but really, I know when someone is bullsh#tting. I also think it improbable that the group would invest as much effort, and be on the roof, to protect a property..without consent and full knowledge, and apparent some $$.

Agreed. This latest witness, regardless of his past, does seem to recall details quickly, accurately and with detail.

The two brothers definitely seemed scared and potentially something to hide. It was either fear for the safety of their business or that they potentially have some impropriety in their closest.

Video that the FBI kept under wraps for 13 months demonstrated that Kyle shot in self-defense. That's almost always the case when BLM or ANTIFA are after you.

I'd forgotten about that. The FBI broke the law by withholding exculpatory evidence. I certainly hope they find themselves on the receiving end of a lawsuit.

I've always been confused as to why so many cops seem to be sympathetic to these Antifa thugs. I wonder if its going to turn out that many of them are the kids of those cops.

Police are nothing but pawns of liberal politicians.
They are told to stand down when people dump water on their heads.
They are told to attack others

This marks three sworn statements indicating Grosskreutz pulled a gun on Rittenhouse (including his own admission). There is ample evidence showing the others were unhinged, out of control, engaged in criminal activities and intentionally seeking conflict with those there to protect the community.

AND ITS ALL ON VIDEO!

When Rittenhouse was separated from the group, they decided to attack. Those coming to the aid of his attackers are, you guessed it, also attackers in the eyes of the law.

The fact the defense hasn't motioned for directed verdict. The defense can ask the judge to rule before the case even heads to the jury, since it is clear no reasonable person could convict the victim in this case.
