Did they have the wrong guy? Nope. And, Rittenhouse was the only one "blasting away". He shot 3 people, killing two of them.
Bicep Boy testified that, in his mind, Rittenhouse just murdered someone, and saw him as an active shooter.
Mmmm nope. He testified that he didn’t know Rittenhouse had already shot anybody and had no idea Rosenbaum was already down.
.....
Should probably stick to what he actually said instead of making things up that suit the narrative you wish were true.
Bicep boy testified he didn’t see anything, only heard people shouting that Rittenhouse had killed somebody.
The man who survived being shot in the arm by Kyle Rittenhouse testified on Monday that he had believed the then-17-year-old was an "active shooter"
Though Grosskreutz did not witness the Rosenbaum shooting, he testified that he could hear people calling for a medic and yelling that Rittenhouse had just shot someone.
At one point in his testimony, Grosskreutz accused Rittenhouse of “murdering” Huber, and the judge instructed the jury to disregard the comment.

How can Grosskreutz "hear" that Rittenhouse, in name, had shot someone?
Now, to the active shooter comment. Wouldn't an active shooter mean continuous gunfire and quite possibly more than 1 injured?
There's a video out there of Rittenhouse shooting Rosenbaum, briefly pausing and assessing the scene while a bystnder takes off his shirt to provide first aid to the victim. Rittenhouse makes a phone call and then runs.
You can hear people shouting "Hey! Stop him! He shot a guy!" and so on and so forth.
Rittenhouse runs, slips and falls and Skateboard guy attacks him while Bycep Boy approaches the scene.
f he didn't break the law possessing the firearm, no one would have died.
All parties involved in the gun purchase were fully aware of the law. If they obeyed the law they were already obeying, then none of this would have happened. That's why the law is there.
I'm arguing that people could hear shouting that Rittenhouse just shot a guy, "Get 'em", "Stop him!"
“Did you witness him fire a shot into Mr. Huber’s chest?” Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger asked.
“I did,” Grosskreutz said.
As he ran south, Grosskreutz encountered Rittenhouse running north. He ran alongside Rittenhouse, asking what happened, a video played in court showed.
“You just shot somebody? Who shot? Who shot?” Grosskreutz can be heard saying. Rittenhouse’s voice is less audible.
At the time, Grosskreutz said, he thought Rittenhouse said “I’m working with police” but now believes he said “I’m going to police.”
Grosskreutz said he then turned back to where the original sound of gunfire came from, but after hearing people yelling that Rittenhouse was the person who shot someone, he turned around and started running after the people following Rittenhouse.
“I thought the defendant was an active shooter, and like I mentioned earlier, anytime you add a firearm to a situation the stakes are so much higher for someone being potentially injured or killed,” he said.
Um yeah....did you not watch his best friend Black's testimony? Black, his step father, and Kyle were all in agreement that Kyle could not possess the gun til he was 18, because that is the law. This was months before the shootings. They went over this in detail last week during the trial.
On August 25th Kyle knowingly broke the law and every second of that night he continues breaking the law, and could have stopped at anytime, and gave possession to someone over 18 or took it back to Black's house. Period.
Then no one would have died. Period.
The trial is about Kyle, not about anyone else but Kyle...and Kyle knowingly kept breaking the law every second he had possession of that gun.
