“Assembly Republicans have been working with Justice Gableman to conduct a swift, complete and thorough investigation. Part of our discussion has been focused on hiring independent contractors to enhance our efforts. We believe a cyber-forensic audit is necessary to ensure issues did not happen in 2020. We have allocated additional resources to Justice Gableman to ensure this investigation gets to the truth,” Vos said.

Subpoenas were issued, but Gableman stated in a hearing before state legislators that officials have not complied in less than gentle terms --

Former Justice Michael Gableman told the Assembly’s Committee on Elections on Wednesday that the state’s Elections Commission, its administrator, and the mayors of Madison and Green Bay have refused to answer any of his questions about the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life, and continue to refuse to cooperate with the subpoenas issued in the case.

“[Green Bay Mayor] Eric Genrich and [Madison Mayor] Satya Rhodes-Conway have chosen to ignore the subpoenas issued by the Wisconsin Assembly because they have no intention of answering uncomfortable questions about what they did with the millions of dollars in Zuckerberg money that they took.”

“Reasonable minds might wonder whether the millions of dollars each of these mayors received from the Zuckerbergs may have induced them to do something other than treat all candidates fairly and impartially. And whether those mayors used the Zuckerberg money to get out the vote for Joe Biden,” Gableman said.

The mayors of Green Bay and Madison are firing back at Michael Gableman over the former justice’s petition that could have them jailed to force their compliance with subpoenas he issued as part of his review of the 2020 election.

An attorney for Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich says the petition is so lacking in legal merit and “built upon a gross distortion of the relevant facts” that he will seek sanctions against Gableman unless the justice rescinds the petition.

Genrich attorney Jeffrey Mandell wrote a letter yesterday asking Waukesha Circuit Court Judge Ralph Ramirez, who has been assigned the case, to either dismiss the petition or consolidate the case with a lawsuit already pending in Dane County. That suit seeks to quash a subpoena Gableman issued to Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe.

In the letter, Mandell argues Gableman improperly sought to compel Genrich to testify at a private office in Waukesha County rather than before a legislative committee as required by law. Mandell also noted the petition seeks an order to have the Waukesha County sheriff “seize and confine the duly elected Mayor of Green Bay.” Such an action exceeds the authority of the Waukesha County sheriff, the letter says.

The letter also argues Genrich has acted reasonably in response to Gableman’s requests with the city turning over nearly 20,000 pages of documents. In giving Gableman the records in mid-October, the city noted it understood from conversations with the special counsel’s office that no more records or witness testimony was needed. But it asked if that changed, a request should be sent laying out specific topics on which information was being sought.

Do note that Gableman included "the state’s Elections Commission, [and] its administrator" in failing to provide requested/subpoena'd information. This is the same Commission which Racine County Sheriff found had broken election laws for nursing homes --

Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced in a news release Wednesday that he had referred recommendations for criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson, a Republican.

Last week, Schmaling called a news conference to lay out allegations of election fraud against the commissioners but said he hadn’t sent the investigation to the DA and was instead calling for a statewide investigation into the matter from Attorney General Josh Kaul. After Kaul declined to open an investigation, Schmaling sent his recommendations, which include felony charges.

Wisconsin’s first official audit into the 2020 election found issues from either the state’s election managers or local election managers in every area where auditors looked.

Auditors looked at the training that Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) is required to provide to local clerks, analyzed how WEC and local clerks maintained the accuracy of voter registration rolls, and reviewed the guidance that WEC and its staff provided to clerks for handling absentee ballots and processing ballots. The audit also examined issues pertaining to electronic voting equipment, as well as the statutorily required post-election audit that WEC conducted after the November 2020 general election.

The audit additionally reviewed how WEC and its staff considered post-election complaints, and they examined the costs of the recount after the general election.

Auditors made 30 recommendations to WEC and 18 recommendations for lawmakers.

The meeting was the first chance for members of the embattled commission to publicly respond to the report from the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) — which found that the 2020 election was conducted safely and securely, but made a number of suggestions for changes to election rules.

Before Wednesday’s meeting, the only representative of the WEC to respond to the report had been its administrator, Meagan Wolfe — who had said there were good ideas in the report’s recommendations but countered that the LAB had made a number of errors and had detoured from its normal audit process.

In a normal LAB report, the agency being audited gets a chance to see a draft version of the report, make corrections and offer a response that is included in the public version. This opportunity was not given to the WEC because auditors decided it couldn’t maintain the draft’s confidentiality. This lack of a review process, according to Wolfe and the commissioners, led to errors in the final report that have now gone more than a month without being corrected as Republican legislators have used its findings to hammer the commission and call for Wolfe’s resignation.

There isn't much detail regarding what "errors" were in the report, so I can't really comment on that.

One other complaint has been made about the forensic review being conducted by Gableman:

The man leading a review of the 2020 election on behalf of Wisconsin Assembly Republicans, Michael Gableman, says he's not trying to overturn the election results, but he revealed Wednesday that one of the investigators he has hired did, in fact, file a lawsuit that sought to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.

The investigator, Ron Heuer, is the president of the Wisconsin Voters Alliance, which failed in its bid to convince the Wisconsin Supreme Court to overturn the 2020 election results late last year. The group also joined other state organizations in trying to block the certification of the election. Both cases were shot down by judges.

Raffensperger’s lawsuit seeks to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request sent by the secretary months prior to find the motivations behind the DOJ’s initial case.

"Considering how blatantly political the Biden lawsuit against Georgia’s commonsense election law was from the beginning, it’s no surprise they would stonewall our request for basic transparency," Raffensperger said. "I will always fight for truth and integrity in Georgia’s elections."

Georgia Governor Validates Rossi Findings: Discredits Hand-Count “Audit”

In an under-reported but important revelation, Governor Kemp issued a letter last week acknowledging 2020 general election problems in Georgia. In fact, his office investigated a list of 36 specific problems which were raised by a concerned Georgia voter, Joseph Rossi, and validated every single one. Governor Kemp referred the findings to the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) for investigation.

In the end, Mr. Rossi’s findings, which the Georgia Secretary of State’s office ignored, attempted to diminish and then summarily dismissed, were investigated and confirmed by the office of the Governor. This bears repeating. The same exact list of 36 allegations excused and rejected by the Secretary of State, were investigated and confirmed by the Georgia Governor’s office.

The confirmation further discredits the Secretary of State’s office and renders the results of the hand count unreliable. Because the hand-count results have been used as the reason to dismiss all other challenges, those problems are now more relevant and important to resolve than ever before. Such as those raised by VoterGA, which include thousands of duplicate ballot images and the tens of thousands of missing ballot images. VoterGA is an election integrity organization led by Garland Favorito. In fact, some of the now-validated Rossi findings were separately and independently discovered by VoterGA, lending credence to those that have not yet been reviewed by the state.

I don't think AZ politics can really be compared to anywhere else. Independents and small "L" libertarians outnumber both Democrats or Republicans... and while there is plenty of anti-Biden and "Let's Go Brandon" sentiment, it doesn't necessarily mean pro-Trump sentiment. And believe me, there is plenty of pressure on Brnovich, but he's not budging. Just like there is plenty of pressure on Ducey call a special session of the Senate, but he won't budge. Ducey is term limited just like Brnovich, but unlike Brnovich, Ducey is not running for a new office in next year's election. He can just sit and do nothing with no repercussions. And because Brnovich is involved in stopping Covid mandates, and vax mandates, and the border crisis -- all very popular with Republicans -- many/most are happy to give him some leeway on the audit/election investigation.

It looks to me that folks are putting their faith and energy and enthusiasm into Kari Lake's campaign for Governor. (She's putting plenty of pressure on Brno herself!) And that's in addition to the ongoing efforts for a voter ballot proposition requiring official ID to vote. And parents fighting school districts with regards to masking and vaccine mandates and CRT and Trans ideology, etc. I'm sure to them that's the more pressing issue -- and for good reason!

I think it's safe to assume that Brno will do something, when and only when it will benefit him most.

In addition to the calibration problems with off-set printed ballots, it was reported by the auditors that no ballots were printed on the correct stock of paper, resulting in the bleed-thru problems. I am also pretty sure that Runbeck printed and mailed absentee ballots directly to voters in Maricopa County, just as they did in Georgia, where they also printed the ballots.

We also know that ballots in Georgia were different for Democrat and Republican areas. This was done by the printer.

NOTE that the BAR CODE is missing from these ballots. This is important because as IT specialist Javon Pulitzer noted in testimony earlier this week, the Fulton County ballots in the general election for GOP precincts included a barcode while the ballots in Democrat districts did not include the barcode.

BREAKING: Fulton County Georgia Ordered More Than One Million Absentee Ballots from Printer Days Before the 2020 Election Knowing There Was No Time to Mail Them Out – Why?

As in Arizona, absentee ballots in Georgia were also printed and mailed directly to the voters by Runbeck. This additional order was sent directly to an election official. And, as noted in the title, the order was placed and received too late to process and mail the ballots. The "official" explanation came from the Secretary of State, Gabe Sterling, on Twitter --

They got hit by COVID. They was concern they couldn’t do logic & accuracy testing of the equipment. As a plan C, they ordered enough emergency ballots in case they had to do handmarked at all polling locations. They didn’t. The ordered ballots were known & in view all@the time.

Except that the ballots were ordered more than a week after the L&A testing question was resolved in court, and voting had already begun the day after that decision. And no other county except Fulton County ordered these extra ballots, although all counties would have been in the same circumstances.

I don't know what to believe about Runbeck. I'm not ready to give them a free pass though.

Runbeck wouldn't be able to easily dodge the "mailed to residence" requirement. The fakes would need to be printed by some other printing service, in secret.

So, if Runbeck does poor quality work, using printers that make no unique markings...... then I guess that "smoking gun" just found itself in a large collection of guns, located in a house that is burning down............

Since the hand count didn't really differ from the machine count, I don't expect to find any direct cheating in the logs.

If the Machines were hacked, it would be so the cheaters could get up to date information on how the count was going, so they would know how many fake ballots to put in the drop boxes.

If you're sitting on a stack of say, a million false ballots (which have matching voter registration, and will read as true ballots), but you want to keep the outcome close. Then you need up to date information about the progress of the ballot counts, so that if your candidate is only 200,000 behind, you don't put 400,000 ballots in and have them win by a landslide.

The idea would be to print more than you need, but only use as many as you end up needing.

Back in the 40's and 50's when the European Eastern Bloc countries were all "voting" to join the Soviet Union, you could easily tell these were not fair elections because the Communist Party candidate would always win by a landslide.

But they had to do it that way because back then there was no way to closely monitor the election. They couldn't be sure in advance how many fake votes were needed, so they put in an overwhelming number.

Modern technology has changed this. Machine counts allow cheaters to use up to date information, so they can inject a more precise number of fake ballots. Or...... they can always do what happened in Pennsylvania, and send the counters home for the night.....


Point is: nobody would buy it if Biden won Arizona by 80% of the vote.

We were earlier talking about printer stenography.

You know, what would be just as good is if they kept a reliable record of the print data that gets sent to Runbeck.

They should hash it, and broadcast the hash (which can later be used to prove nothing has been altered.)

Then burn the data to blue ray discs, and put the discs in a sealed container, and put it in County Records for safe keeping (or maybe make a few copies stored in multiple locations, in case of a "random" arson.)


Blue ray discs are cheap. I can't see a budget argument against it.


Maybe burn a copy of the complete voter rolls while they're at it? And add that to the sealed container.


There is no good excuse, apart from laziness, not to secure this data at each step. Any ballot that doesn't match at least one of the runbeck lists would be proven fake.

That sounds good to me. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but that seems simple enough and inexpensive enough to be effective and doable in the long-term. Which is what we need. It isn't enough to find and identify problems. The issues have to be corrected and resolved.

One of our AZ Senators, Kelly Townsend, who has been all over the election fraud/election integrity, has been filing some early bills in prep for the new session... next month. Only one has been made public so far, but it's regarding CRT in education. I'm going to keep my eye on the postings though, and hopefully she will be offering more. And I would expect she won't be the only one.
