Wow!
I thought oaths of office included, protecting and defending The Constitution from all enemies forgein and domestic, but I guess some people are just swearing to support it now.

Hobbs sounds like such a valley girl.

Good luck Arizona.

Former President Trump says this is HUGE. (Apparently, he had to wait until it was revealed "legally"?)

A big reason why the Georgia D.A. is quickly shutting down her Witch Hunt.

Ruby Freeman and her daughter lied under oath to the Jan 6th Committee, and are now admitting to 2020 Election Fraud in Georgia, FBO JOE BIDEN.

Trump Post: truthsocial.com...

Holidays are over, and all of these "coverup" activities by Democrat officials and politicians, will be harder to keep hidden from the public.

Wow. I posted about this a couple days ago, but I'm happy to have it posted again. I didn't have time to quote from it then, but I hope you don't mind if I do now.

  • Newly uncovered police body cam footage of Ruby Freeman reveal her stunning admissions that directly contradict allegations made under oath by January 6th Committee witnesses, by certain reporters and show hosts, by members of Congress, and by lawyers in sworn statements to Federal Court. Freeman volunteers to blow the whistle on election fraud.
  • In the body cam, Ruby Freeman alleges a coverup by the Georgia Secretary of State, the DOJ/FBI, the GBI, and the Fulton County DA.
  • 911 call transcript, body cam videos, and police report were obtained by Open Record Requests. From that information investigators have learned that the police report was supplemented in contradiction of the facts.
  • Ruby Freemanā€™s lawyer since January 2021 is Michael Gottlieb who also was lawyer and fixer for Hunter Biden and Aaron Rich, brother to Seth Rich.

Does anyone know what it means when they say the police report was "supplemented in contradiction of the facts"? Supplemented with what? Or by what? That doesn't make any sense to me.

This is one of the quotes from Ruby Freeman:

(22:10) RF: ā€œBut I do want an attorney, but nobody now its me, its all a fraud. So I do, I do wanted one, I know that I need an attorney. I have asked several different ā€¦. All about it and not heard back from. And even when I met with Secretary of State ā€¦they didnā€™t ask nothing else about fraud, they didnā€™t ask about an attorney. So, I do want an attorney. I know I need an attorney. I havenā€™t answered any questions because I donā€™t have an attorney.ā€ ā€œThey went and asked something and said no you cannot answer that because itā€™s false. I didnā€™t even watch a lot of the Youtube, I think I saw one about the DA he said; and everything they are saying is false. Everything. From the quote unquote suitcases of the ballot boxes, to the why we opened them back up. Everything they said was false. Now if theyā€™re they did say that they cut, they cleared, they cleared then they asked as to what happened with the ballot boxes and nobody telling me and I donā€™t understand that. The FBI, nobody has reached out to me. They reached out to me only to uh clear my social mediaā€

Clips Below: "I do want an attorney...It's all a fraud."

I can't imagine how terrified these women must be. I'm praying they don't meet up with any accidents...

ETA: This is worth it's own thread. I've got family coming in today and I just don't have time to tend a new thread. Anyone else have the time and inclination???

Okay, having read the entire report again, I think I've answered my own question... this would refer to the LE supplemental reports filed, which contradict the facts of the situation, such as omitting that the FBI removed Ruby from her home for two months -- for her "safety," of course...

Wow. Just wow. You remember Ruby Freeman and the video of ballots in Georgia dragged out from under the table and scanned and re-scanned after everyone had been sent home? She was put in that position, tried to come clean, wanted to come clean.... It's not what it looked like... what we were led to believe... what too many jumped to believe. This is why we have to always remember that things aren't always what they seem:

UPDATE FULL VIDEO ADDITION: Ruby Freeman Body Cam Admissions Revealed In The Georgia Ballot Scanning Scandal

I remember that Trump's legal team had hours of footage from the State Farm Arena on election night.

In December 2020, video of the Fulton County ballot processing center operations from early November at State Farm Arena was part of a Georgia Senate Committee investigation and was publicly televised by multiple news organizations.

As I recall, only a little bit of that footage was ever released to the public. I only ever remember seeing the same stack of ballots ran, maybe 3 times.

Freeman and Moss are seen scanning and rescanning stacks of ballots into an election computer. The unusual activities seen in the video coverage of the Fulton County ballot counting became a major focus of national attention in late 2020 and early 2021.

Remember, Georgia was a close race.

The presidential race in Georgia in 2020 was decided by less than 11,900 votes.

So I was shocked to learn the following:

Investigators that reviewed the video produced estimates of unusual ballot scans estimating between 20,000 to 40,000 from the ballots under the table added to the overall vote totals after midnight November 3, 2020.

That suggest that there are hours of footage of illegal scanning taking place.

Ruby Freeman thought that she needed a lawyer because, she didn't realize the likely reality of what some the officers would later mention on a body cam recording.

(1:03:52) Officer Supervisor: ā€œat this point we generated a case number and because we donā€™t even know what was going on.ā€
(1:03:57) Officer 1:Ā ā€œBecause of, thing, coverup, anyway itā€™s a cover-up and we took all the necessary, necessary steps though.ā€

My memory of the GBI investigation report was that their explanation of things didn't explain the evidence, didn't make logical sense, and felt very much like a "nothing to see here" cover-up.

Do you happen to recall/know how that video was obtained? I remember TGP boasting about "obtaining" the footage, but if they ever said how or where they got it, I missed that. If we knew that, it might explain why so little of the footage has been released.

I don't understand what you're saying. Ruby called police because she knew she needed a lawyer, and these folks were offering their services but she didn't know if she could trust them.

Yeah. As I recall, it was basically "don't believe your own lying eyes. There were no boxes of ballots under the table and you didn't see anyone pulling them out and scanning them multiple times."

If I remember correctly, the State Farm Arena is a private venue and the footage was attained from the owners. I remember it being presented during a public hearing in Georgia, shortly after the 2020 election. The hearing is probably still on Youtube.

Here's a partial video of that hearing that goes over the video footage:

I don't understand what you're saying. Ruby called police because she knew she needed a lawyer, and these folks were offering their services but she didn't know if she could trust them.

I'm saying that, if she knew that there would be a cover-up, such as the officer mentioned, she would have realized that she didn't need a lawyer. There's no need for a lawyer if no criminal or civil charges are placed. I think she either felt guilty and was afraid of going to jail, or she was manipulated into thinking that she could go to jail, but that a lawyer, and maybe coming clean, could help her. I want to say that I remember Trump's team trying to help her out with a lawyer, but I'm not 100% sure of this, but that would be one way to increase the chances of her coming clean.

Yeah. As I recall, it was basically "don't believe your own lying eyes. There were no boxes of ballots under the table and you didn't see anyone pulling them out and scanning them multiple times."

Here's the video report that I remember seeing:

Yep, and now we are hearing that multiple times likely equals 20,000 to 40,000, in a race won by less than 12,000 votes.

Thank you -- gotcha! And I think you're right about that. She definitely felt vulnerable at the very least, and quite possibly felt threatened in some way(s).

Perhaps Trump sent the initial "old white guy" lawyer that she didn't want to speak with.

Agree. He testified that it would be "unlikely" that an election temp worker could change the settings by accident, or at all even, but didn't go into much detail as to the specifics. The plaintiff's attorneys could have had him explain this in more detail, but they didn't, for whatever reason. By not having him elaborate, they failed to support their claim that changes must have been made with intent to affect the outcome of the election, because it was not explained clearly what would have had to happen to change the settings.

a reply to: Boadicea

I agree. Done properly, it seems like a fairly straightforward way of correcting an error in the process, with proper safeguards implemented to ensure that the correction is an honest one.

As it was done, it was basically a "magic box" that the improperly printed ballots went into, with no assurance that what came out of the magic box was the same vote as what went in. This is exactly the sort of thing that we should be concerned about. It shouldn't exist in a properly implemented, honest election system. There are safeguards designed into the system to prevent this sort of ambiguity, which were completely disregarded, as far as I can tell.

Even if the election were completely honest, these guys have left it looking sketchy as all get out with their sloppy handiwork.

Plus the fact that adjudication usually seems to occur outside of the typical access that observers are allowed, making it the ideal part of the tabulation process for fraud to be injected by a counting official or worker.

This is pretty amazing stuff.

I remember my feelings back when all the audio/ video on Ruby and her daughter were first exposed.
I was upset at the justifying attitude Ruby had when she was recorded to be talking to another about how surprised she was of all the racists in Georgia when she saw all the votes.
Strange at the time but after what is brought in this thread about the police body cams and more I am getting a different take on what Ruby was going through.
#1, she is inherently honest.
#2, she loves her daughter
#3, her daughter convinced her to help.
#4, her conscience overwhelmed her after the fact when she witnessed it and participated, probably just to help her daughter.
#5, she looks to be a very good thinker and knew she was in trouble.
She is thinking things through.
She knows she and her daughter can be murdered.

I think after pondering it, that she acted brilliantly while under tremendous stress.
She knew there was nobody she could trust, especially any party that contacted her.
No way she trusted the local police or the courts.

This smart woman was looking for cameras with as many eye witnesses she could get.
She gets full credit if she planned on police body cameras.
I am not sure how easy that is to figure out under that level of duress.

It also appears she is worried about getting thrown under the bus and scapegoated.

Having the police presence while having initial meetings with parties you do not know when you are seeking outside legal assistance in this day and age has memes like "JE didn't kill himself".
Amazing she is alive. No doubt under White hat protection now.
What a show.
There is no doubts in my mind this was saved for nowa reply to: Boadicea

I just showered and some things stand out to me after contemplating on this.
Ruby should be dead.
The optics with this is unmistakable tying it to narrative with the Brunson case.
Under military occupation this would be optics according to Derek Johnson.

And this is my big thought.
What is missing?

Where is the leftist outcry?
Where are the tweets about the Freeman women afraid of getting doxed and harassed by maga republicans?
Right wing terrorists?
It seems to me these women are safe.
Safely protected.
2020 about to be fully revisited

BREAKING: Arizona Court of Appeals Reserves Time for Conference and Possible Oral Argument In Kari Lakeā€™s Historic Election Lawsuit ā€“ ORDER INCLUDED

A three-judge bench scheduled the morning of January 24th for a conference and oral argument in Kari Lakeā€™s appeal against Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompsonā€™s dismissal of her lawsuit to overturn the 2022 Midterm election.

An Order Setting Dates, DirectingĀ Electronic Or AlternativeĀ Service and FixingĀ Time For Response was sent to attorneys for Kari Lake, Katie Hobbs, and Maricopa County on Tuesday, January 3.

ā€œThe case may be resolved, however, prior to that date if the panel declines to accept jurisdiction on the special action,ā€ states the Courtā€™s order.

It was ordered that objections to the lawsuit must be filed within seven business days.

Note that this is the Arizona Appeals Court in response to Kari's appeal after her case was dismissed; this is not the Arizona Supreme Court, where Kari requested expedited trial and final resolution ASAP.

Regarding the possibility that the panel "declines to accept jurisdiction," I wonder on what grounds. Would they perhaps be eager to shuffle it off to the Supreme Court (where it will most likely end up anyway) and just wash their hands of it? On the other hand, might the Supreme Court be waiting to see what the Appeals Court does before they accept the case?

BREAKING: Arizona Supreme Court Responds To Kari Lakeā€™s Petition For Transfer In Historic Election Challenge ā€“ ORDER INCLUDED

However, the Supreme Court told Kari Lake, ā€œThe Court notes that the Court of Appeals has entered a scheduling order directing respondents in the special action proceeding.ā€ The order continues, ā€œNo good cause appears to transfer the matter to this Court.ā€

The Gateway Pundit reported that A three-judge bench in the Appeals Court scheduled the morning of January 24th for a conference and oral argument in Kari Lakeā€™s appeal.

ā€œIT IS ORDERED denying the Petition to Transfer both the appeal and the petition for special action without prejudice to seeking expedited review of an adverse decision in either proceeding,ā€ the order concludes.

Lake is still confident that this case will move forward to the Supreme Court. The order denies a transfer ā€œwithout prejudice to seeking expedited review of an adverse decision in either proceeding.ā€

So, interestingly enough, it seems the Supreme Court has decided to let it go forward in the Appeals Court first. That may be wise, letting the process take its natural course, dotting all their I's and crossing all their T's, rather than perhaps jumping the shark to the Supreme Court. The stakes are high here. About as high as they get!

Lake told The Gateway Pundit,

"Weā€™re expecting justice. Weā€™re expecting some brave judges to emerge when Arizonaā€™s voters need them most. Our trial proved more than 300,000 invalid ballots were pumped into a crooked system, and we witnesses the sabotage of Election Day votingā€”and thatā€™s just in Maricopa County. The facts and evidence back that up. Either this stops now, or we donā€™t have a country. Our case is the case that can turn things around. My court case will be going before the Appeals Court prior to the Arizona Supreme Court because itā€™s already been scheduled for review.

This decision was done without prejudice & I am confident the case will end up in their hands eventually.Ā Weā€™re moving forward.

If nothing else, I guess I'm thankful that Kari is promising to be a thorn in their sides for as long as it takes... As I've said so many times before, they cannot win if we don't give up. They've only won some battles. The war is still up for grabs.

For legal purposes that may be wise.

But for practical purposes, we already know that our elected and un-elected officials willfully and knowingly failed to perform their duties. That's fraud. Perhaps not in a codified legal sense... but by definition, yes.

I agree with your observations. This woman was put in a craptastic position, perhaps even including by her daughter, she had the good sense to know she was in a precarious position, and took what precautions she could. Pretty savvy on her part.

I'm very interested to see how this plays out.

I hope and pray that she's safe.

It's a win for Lake.

The whole strategy probably was to force a "pre decision" at Supreme Court level, and thus forcing the Appeals Court to actually take the case and see it through while Lake's opposition must now be extra careful with trip-ups and irrelevant entries !! šŸ˜Ž
