I'm not finding much. Initially appointed by a Republican Governor, re-elected with almost 75%, did not fill out Ballotpedia questionnaire. He once served as an attorney for the Mesa Police Department.

I think the most we can expect is that the judge will set aside the certification and order some form of remediation, perhaps order a new election.

I do not see any path to declaring Kari the winner tho. I do not see any means to even determine a true winner. The election process and too many ballots have been compromised.

A new election will be just as suspect unless big changes are made... such as proper chain-of-custody for mail-in ballots...

Any way you look at it, it's a mess.

Ordering a new election in x months would be the proper thing. Until then, Ducey or his Assist Governor can stay on.

One of the ballot propositions we passed this election is to establish a Lieutenant Governor position. Too bad we don't already have one!

I still haven't gotten thru Kari's lawsuit. I'm still only on page #40-something. I've only got my phone right now, and the print is tiny, and it's just not easy to read! However, TGP has posted their biggies from the lawsuit:

Lake’s legal team demands the following relief.

An opportunity to inspect Maricopa County ballots from the 2022 general election, including ballot signature envelopes and the corresponding signatures on file with Maricopa County, prior to trial;

A root cause analysis and forensic examination into the causes and extent of the printer-tabulator problems encountered on election day;

Trial of all disputed factual issues;

An order striking all signatures on file with Maricopa County that are not the “registration record” pursuant to A.R.S. § I 6-550(A);

An order striking any invalid ballots or types of ballots on an absolute or prorated basis;

An order setting aside the certified result of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election and declaring that Kari Lake is the winner of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-676;

In the alternative, an order vacating the certified results of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-676 or 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and an injunction requiring that Maricopa County re-conduct the gubernatorial election in conformance with all applicable law and excluding all improper votes, under the direction of a special master;

Recusal of defendants Hobbs and Richer from further participation in matters involving the 2022 general election, including any new election and the review of any issues related to the 2022 general election and any new election.

For what it's worth, I have a feeling that the judge is going to highlight the major legal issues involved, perhaps ask a few critical questions, and then pass this back to the principle players with an order to work it out among themselves. The judge might -- might -- order Hobbs and Richer to recuse themselves and (someone?) appoint qualified replacements.

Whatever the judge rules, I have no doubt it will be appealed!!!

Like Tat said, the buffering was bad. Here's the major takeaways:

All defendants plan to file Motions to dismiss.

Hobbs is represented by two defense teams in two capacities: as Secretary of State, and as Governor-Elect.

Hobbs and State agreed to consolidate their case with Maricopa County et al.

All Motions to Dismiss will be filed by Thursday. Kari's response to be filed by Saturday. Oral arguments Monday. If Motions to Dismiss fail, evidentiary hearing will be held Wednesday and Thursday. Plaintiff presents their case first day; defendants present their defense the 2nd day. Judge will rule within mandatory 10-day period and before the scheduled January 2nd swearing in.

I basically agree. There may be some legal strategy for it. Something to bargain down from maybe.
