Years ago, there was about a 90% Bush Bashing cult to 10% "Right" as you call it.

Then Obama came along and the ratio dropped a little but only to 75% / 25%.

And today even, the ratio may be around 50/50. Some people keep score 😀

Got a call from Kathleen Winn an hour ago. Here is what happened. The hearing yesterday where the Cochise County BoS was ordered to canvass and certify the vote was illegal. The judge had no authority to do that BECAUSE the case had already been remanded to federal court. The judge went forward with the hearing anyway in defiance of the higher court ruling and hid that fact from the BoS members. The BoS members now have a long-time attorney representing them pro bono. They are having an emergency meeting tomorrow or Sunday to rescind this vote because it was illegal to do so as the case was legally under federal jurisdiction. Kathleen tasked me with finding a "resolution"...

... in Word format that Cochise County can use to make a resolution to rescind their vote. I had to go back to 2011... that's how long it's been since Cochise County has done a resolution. Also, Katie Hobbs sent a letter to Peggy Judd threatening her with bankruptcy and imprisonment if she continued to defy the Secretary of State’s demand to certify the election. Peggy Judd has filed a restraining order against Katie Hobbs for harassment and threats.

Let's see if the federal court reclaims their authority and jurisdiction... or if they rubber stamp the lower court.

Way back when I started down these rabbit holes, and was skirting around the edges of the sovereign citizen arguments (some of which are actually real and sound, but the crazies turned it into a ridiculous clown show), I encountered someone who was arguing that everyone was attacking things from the wrong direction, and claimed that when he would attack their bonds, but specifically arguing 'breech of trust', with the appropriate filings/paperwork, and he said he had them running away scared #less.

No clue if there is anything to it, but I've always wanted to pursue it.

Tans, I've wondered the same... or at least similar.

"Breech of trust", "breech of duty," and "breech of authority " were once very real and very serious charges.

I'm vaguely familiar with elected officials and surety bonds, but barely. That would be interesting to look into.

Certification by Ducey, Hobbs and Brno is scheduled for tomorrow... let's see how quickly Cochise County can pass this resolution... if it's in time and if it's enough.

I've been reading the filing. It actually asks the court to reverse its dismissal of his case Friday due to Hobbs' defense failing to cite as precedent their own argument, before the same judge, in a similar case in 2020.

In other words, Hobbs' defense is arguing exactly the opposite in this case that they argued -- successfully-- in 2020. If I understand correctly, they are required to cite this precedent setting ruling in this case, and explain why it doesn't apply in this case.

The relief they are demanding is a restraining order against canvass and certification of the vote.

He also seems to be demanding the court hold them in contempt for perpetrating a fraud on the court.

ETA: This could have much to do with the Cochise County situation, but I'm much too tired to explain it. Maybe tomorrow...

But I am getting a feeling she is a bigger player in this than we can imagine.
Az is a trafficking hub very similar to the importance of Ukraine
I believe Katy is chosen, trusted and all in conspiring with the top brass and has everything to lose for her and for them if she loses.
It is beginning to come out Mitch had money from FTX and did not give anything to Az while Katy is linked directly to that source for financing.
I am convinced Az is they key.
Imagine how important Az was in 2018 and 2020 when the cartels were financing dnc irregularities. That got cut off. It was Prince Alaweed and SA that financed dnc in 2016.
It was FTX and Ukraine this time through.
And that is going to blow this all up.
I am beginning to believe FTX had no investors except the money that the Dems sent to Ukraine for the war, which went right into FTX and back to the dnc.
Once Az triggers it by exposing the fraud I suspect the entire 2022 election will be tossed.
This is amazing to watch as it unfolds.

I think we're pretty much on the same page. The implications of FTX/Ukraine are immense and fits with what we know.

(It also explains the unhinged defense of Nazis and crying about "Putin lovers" and so on to gain public support and discourage discussion and bully critics. Right out of the playbook!)

I agree that Katie is crucial to their plan. As is Adrian Fontes. But I get the feeling that Katie is running scared, particularly since Marc Elias shoved his sorry arse into this mess. Plus, she's not the brightest tool in the shed. And she has a helluvalot to lose when their plan goes south.

I'm also glad you brought up dirty Mitch and his refusal to help at all in AZ... if Mitch and the Pubs weren't ALSO in this up to their eyeballs, they would have focused on AZ and our candidates like a laser beam. They would be doing all they could to fight the fraud right now too.
