I know that you CAN get it. Somebody had to WANT to get it. Either they were shooting beer bottles and mixed up the live ammo with the "dummy ammo" or somebody mixed in live ammo on purpose.

The more I hear, the more I'm thinking sabotage. They were having a "labor dispute" , having been involved in a few of them, finding our that a disgruntled person mixed in the live ammo to create an "incident" would not surprise me.

I am not sure of this but I think the U.S.A. is about the only
country left that has armed citizens.Whenever a dictator comes
into power one of the first things they do is disarm the population.

I have had a C.C.W. for a long time and it's up for renewal soon.I
will keep renewing it as long as I can.If they start requiring a reason
why, then I think it's time to bug out.

Where I live simply joining a shooting range is considered proper cause, though self defence isn't.

The reverse is also true, one of the first things that a new democracy will do is also to disarm its citizens.

No new government likes the idea of there being a lot of guns floating around. Period.

So, there it is!

The Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a New York handgun-licensing law that required New Yorkers who want to carry a handgun in public to show a special need to defend themselves. The 6-3 ruling, written by Justice Clarence Thomas, is the court’s first significant decision on gun rights in over a decade.

I'm not at all surprised by this ruling, New York et al's requirements were/are onerous.
