Mini-profile background image address input too long and being cut off

I'm trying to input a mini-profile background image

But the address is being cut off every time I click submit

If I input the address:
files.abovetopsecret.com...

After I click "Submit", it comes up as:
files.abovetopsecret.com...

It cuts the end of the address off, so it doesn't work

So, I try inputting it without the "https://" to make sure there is enough character space:
files.abovetopsecret.com/files/img/rm617b917c.jpg

This doesn't work either

I try just the pic:
rm617b917c.jpg


Neither work

How do I put the link in, if there are too many characters for it to accept?
