And if China were such an easy target i imagine the USA would have spent there $20 Trillion dollars invading China instead of Afghanistan for the past two decades.

Point being they wont make dumb moves because then dumb things are apt to happen.

WHy invade when you can starve/cut off supplies and anger the people against their goverment? I never said it was easy either. Invading Taiwan is a dumb move.
Nuclear war does not have to be all out either. limited strikes of tac nukes,not the big boys and with other powers foreknowledge can prevent a MAD scenario. Just have to buy the others loyalty off.

There were several military simulations done with China invading Taiwan and facing the US, and the US LOST every single one with huge losses. If China was to invade Taiwan now? We would have our asses handed to us real quick.

Is it worth a nuclear war? Nope.

You know,I remember growing up and everything was made in Taiwan, now it is made in China....used to be Japan too...
Nothing the US can do about it but posture and huff and puff but if China wanted to take back Taiwan, we couldn't stop them. We can wine all we want, but Taiwan belongs to China,and if they cannot get them back diplomatically (which they can't) then they will take them by force, and anyone who thinks they will not risk it, knows nothing about Chinese rule.

Have you ever tried to live peacefully and honestly, not to attack other people, not to rob their homes and property, not to try to destroy their countries and yourself with our planet at the same time? Just live peacefully, be friends and trade honestly.
Try to do this at least once, maybe you will even like it))))))

I do not care that you are Russian. I actually think Russians are amazing and a lot of Russian policies are great.

I have nothing against Russia or Russians at all. Personally i think we may definitely have different spiritual beliefs. Whilst I would love to talk about our different spiritual beliefs whilst respecting each others beliefs with you for a long time in depth truth be told.

I would like to ask you about what you think is the very high price you paid and for what lesson. What test is it you think we are going through that you Russians have already gone through? What mistakes that you Russians have made that you hope we can escape from and not repeat?

Also please understand, whilst I am Australian, it really means nothing to me. I absolutely hate our government and it’s actions as well as Americas, the UK, Canada, etc. I am my own individual person.

However on this topic of US CHINA TAIWAN… I am very passionate about the Taiwanese prople who have been democratic and free elections etc being able to live under that same system that from so called 1945 which is like 76 years ago of being democratic and experiencing freedom… that those people should NOT be attacked. And invaded by a totally different regime and forced into communist views and propaganda and no free elections and having their freedoms taken away by a sovereign nation (which claims they aren’t but they completely are)…

Completely different views on the world, completely different lifestyles, expressions of self.

You cannot tell me RussianTroll that you truly and honestly believe that if the CCP of China attack and invade Taiwan that the people living in Taiwan would be better off?

Since you are such a person who believes in God. Do you think God would want that for the Taiwanese people?

About the high price the Russians paid. Tens of millions of victims and the division of the state and the people into fragments - isn't that a high price?

You can say a million beautiful words about human rights and democracy, in reality - if you come to someone else's house and start interfering in the affairs of your husband, wife and children, then in the end they all take up arms and come to your house to interfere in the affairs of your family. And then for you all your old beautiful words will be forgotten by you, you will simply shout "Help, save me!"

There is no need to interfere in the affairs of other people's families, peoples and countries, and they will not interfere in your affairs. Simple truth.

I guess there were people who didn't get why the Nazi move into Poland was a threat to the security of the World , this is a similar situation , give them an inch and they'll take a mile.

The One country, two systems pledge didn't last long for Hong Kong did it , China needs to be contained and the US with its allies are the only hope of containing them , unless you fancy learning Mandarin.

What allies? If I recall well, the deranged US ex-president and the new guy in the White House both made it clear the only allies are the same old ones: UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This reduces the issue to just a fight between the Chinese and the Angloids.

If Trump taught anything at all it was nobody can trust the US as a reliable partner anymore, unless you are a WASP. The China-US conflict is just a tribal issue, not a world war.

Yes probably best not to play that game as things have a tendency to escalate rather fast.

We still live in a M.A.D world you see, so chucking nukes around in anger, even of the tactical sorts is apt to provoke other nations with the same to similar technology to use their own.

See the world has changed somewhat since the time of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

The best way to prevent nuclear war is not to play that game as any sane person knows.

There's also Japan and India with India already having had face offs with China , Taiwan also has a decent military deterrent of its own.

I doubt China would make a move against Taiwan , the risks for them are too great.

In Georgia, jerboas are very harmless. But the Republic of Georgia attacked South Ossetia, with multiple launch rocket systems destroyed half of the city of Tskhinval and its residents, and also attacked Russian peacekeepers with a UN mandate and killed several dozen Russian soldiers. Georgian President Saakashvili admitted this with delight on TV.

By the way, the aggression of Georgia was not the first time. In 1918, as soon as the state of Georgia arose after the collapse of the Russian Empire, Georgian troops also attacked Abkhazia and Russia and captured the Black Sea coast, including the city of Sochi (the capital of the 2014 Olympics) to the city of Tuapse (you can see it on the map). Then the "red" and "white" fighting in the civil war united and drove out the Georgians.

Russians don't start wars, they end them.

In the West, we have a troll media which no longer reports the facts as they are, it is so obvious now that many people actually realize it. This is bad because we seem to be destabilizing fast. The Governments are not trusted in fact we seem to be cracking up. If this keeps going the natural progression will be chaos. At the moment we are led to believe Moscow is in dire straights with a Covid outbreak is this a fair assessment or more fear-mongering?
