Swine parts...have been saving lives...human ones...since the 1960's.

Many parts are closely similar to humans, and many are alive today with transplants.

Are you referring to this specific pig that they took the kidney from, or just the overall idea of genetically altering pigs so that people with a meat allergy can enjoy some bacon?


Personally, as long as it's not being wasted, then I don't think of it as abuse. I eat pig practically every day. It's delicious. I had some sausage on a pizza last night, and I'm about to go heat the rest of it up and finish it off now.
