That's putting words in my mouth.

Nope, you actually responded saying this man deserves this. Even after reading why he had to go inside the Capitol, and he ASKED a police officer if he could go inside to go to the bathroom to better wash his eyes since he was pepper sprayed. You are also ignoring the FACT that Capitol police officers opened barriers and lured people into the Capitol.

There are many unanswered questions about whom caused the riots at the Capitol.

In fact, there are hundreds of hours of videos about what happened at the Capitol, but Pelosi and company do not want that evidence to be seen by the public. Why?

There are clear videos of some of the people whom did break windows, and that evidence has been given to the authorities, but nothing has come from it and authorities are not looking for those people.

There were far leftists at the Capitol whom incited violence. Like John Sullivan and Jade Sacker. John Sulivan's brother in fact gave the FBI evidence that his brother had not only intentions of going to the Capitol on January 6th, but he presented evidence that he went with over 100 other far leftists to provoke violence at the Capitol, and that his brother was the leader of that group.

You don't seem to realize that what happened at the Capitol was done on purpose by your far left criminal democrat leaders so they could put charges against these people and blame all Trump supporters for this, most of whom did not do anything wrong.

BTW, most of the Trump supporters didn't even go inside the Capitol, and the "authorities" have been looking for these people, and have presented charges against many of them for just being outside.

Why did Pelosi tell the Sgt. at Arms to deny the use of the National Guard at the Capitol? In fact Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund requested permission to have the National Guard on standby at the Capitol and it was refused direclty by Pelosi?...

PELOSI’S FAULT: Speaker Pelosi told Sgt. at Arms to Deny National Guard at Capitol Due to Optics – Left Building Unprotected then Lied About it- MUST RESIGN!

Why did the Mayor of Washington DC, Muriel Bowser a democrat, deny help from other Federal agencies?...

DC Mayor Refused Any Federal Law Enforcement Help Prior to Protests

Those riots certainly caused more damage... And their charges should reflect that.

The only thing I've ever said in their defense is that they shouldn't be charged with terrorism as many have advocated more. I believe my reasoning was if we even support such an idea it would just be a matter of time before it's used loosely... And judging by trends, I still stand by that prediction.

Really?... You got BLM founders/co-founders whom have stated they want to send all republicans and Americans who lean right to indoctrination camps.

We have shown demonstrations by BLM, Antifa, etc whom have called for the death of police officers and even white people...

BLM founders/co-founders have admitted to being trained Marxists and want the destruction of the U.S. and to convert it into a communist dictatorship.

Antifa have made similar statements, and have actively sought to not only injure but to kill police officers.

But you want to claim that groups which actively want chaos, whom provoke riots constantly and call for the murder of police officers, white people and political opponents should not be labeled as terrorists?...

So clearly we just give the former president a free pass for playing his passive aggressive games and not doing his job as the commander who should be up front looking his public in the eyes, for not telling everyone to please just shut up and go home in peace, for not defending the dignity of the office and the elected officials who work for his administration, for not displaying clear and capable authority to the unruly clowns storming the lawn on his federal property.

He's on TV in Iowa right now doing his best Louis CK impression. Apparently he was told that they had the technical capacity to shave a 2 year operation down to 4 weeks and he still couldn't wrap up the business in Aghanistan before his tenure concluded, and he wants to finger wag the Biden administration over their bad business practices. Men in glass houses, Mr Trump.

And one last note from his public address, Mr Trump didn't deliver a single remark on vaccine mandates. He must have forgotten to speak on that subject or maybe he just knew better than to push the envelope. He wants to prosecute China and their Wuhan program but he's not discouraging federal vaccination policies.

When I said you put words in my mouth, it was in reference to your comment implying I support and or defend ANTIFA/BLM.

You are also ignoring the FACT that Capitol police officers opened barriers and lured people into the Capitol.

You say fact, but I've seen footage, and I'm skeptical of people who proclaim "as a matter of fact" that the cops were inviting protestors in. Why all the clashes and shove offs over the barricades if the cops just "invited" in the protestors?

Some people are being slapped with some misdemeanors for disorderly conduct and forceful entry and light damage to our Capitol building.

I assure you, it's far more harmful to the rights cause to die on this hill. It's no different than when the left riots and screams victim when there is pushback. But it's outright offensive to independents or third party Americans when both sides cook up such lofty narratives and preach them as if they're truth.

Here's the right's account of events. No ANTIFA/BLM rioter has ever been charged, only Jan 6th peaceful protestors who were invited into the Capitol building.

The left would have us believe this was the biggest threat on our democracy and worst than 9/11.

It's tired, and it's old. Neither side is the adult in the room, neither side appears to be as woke as they think they are, and neither side's extreme represent a majority of America, or anything close to.

Why would you think the Biden prosecutors would not present charges against him if they watched the video and it was evidence that this Robert Reeder attacked an officer?...

So clearly we just give the former president a free pass for playing his passive aggressive games and not doing his job as the commander who should be up front looking his public in the eyes,

ROFLMAO... First of all President Trump did his best despite the FACT that Obama officials, and your democrat CCP loving leaders attempted to stop him in everything he did...

When it was found out that COVID-19 came from China he stopped flights coming from China and your criminal democrats called him a "racist for it" and even wrote a bill to stop the POTUS from banning flights from China, and Iran...

House Democrats schedule vote on bill to dismantle Trump travel ban

As a matter of fact your criminal democrat leaders impeached the POTUS for doing his job... He wanted to change the foreign policy of Ukraine and other nations, which is what every POTUS has done including Obama. But Obama/Biden officials like Vindman and the former Ukrainian ambassador did not want to follow the new policies of the new POTUS. Instead they worked continuing Obama/Biden's foreign policy and your criminal democrat leaders used these pawns to impeach President Trump...

When he tried to replace those people whom were loyalists to Obama/Biden, or even the RINOs whom would not follow the new policies of President Trump, the media and your criminal democrat leaders claimed he was abusing his power and impeached him for it, when AGAIN that is the job and the right of the POTUS to hire and fire whomever he wants, more so when they would not follow the new policies he wanted implemented...

Your criminal Obama/Biden thugs and your criminal democrat leaders used LIES about "Russian collusion" which Hillary made up to shift the attention of Americans from Hillary's criminal server behavior, and the Russians helped the criminal democrats in these false claims.

As a matter of fact, to this day we still have far left-wingres in this website posting evidence given by Russian officials and Russian spies. But apparently none of you are smart enough to realize it was all a sham because if there was any truth to those claims why in the world would Russian officials give up their best "puppet" as you far left-wingers/anti-Trumpers keep on claiming?...

As a matter of fact, President Trump asked our allies not to work with the Russians and he set policy stopping Russia and China, for example President Trump worked to stop a deal between Germany and Russia for the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. But your criminal Biden took off two congressional mandated sanctions, which President Trump had signed into effect, against the Nord Stream 2 pipeline...

The sanctions target firms building Nord Stream 2, an undersea pipeline that will allow Russia to increase gas exports to Germany.

The US considers the project a security risk to Europe.

Both Russia and the EU have strongly condemned the US sanctions.

Congress voted through the measures as part of a defence bill last week and the legislation, which described the pipeline as a "tool of coercion", was signed off by Mr Trump on Friday.
...

Nord Stream 2: Trump approves sanctions on Russia gas pipeline

President Trump even talked to our allies about not making such deals with the Russians, which is why the Russians followed the criminal democrat sham of lies about him colluding with Russia...

...
SECRETARY GENERAL STOLTENBERG: You know, NATO is an alliance of 29 nations, and there are sometimes differences and different views, and also some disagreements. And the gas pipeline from Russia to Germany is one issue where allies disagree. But the strength of NATO is that despite these differences, we have always been able to unite around our core task, to protect and defend each other, because we understand that we are stronger together than apart.

I think that two World Wars and the Cold War taught us that we are stronger together than apart.

PRESIDENT TRUMP: But how can you be together when a country is getting its energy from the person you want protection against or from the group that you want protection?

SECRETARY GENERAL STOLTENBERG: Because we understand that when we stand together, also in dealing with Russia, we are stronger. I think what we have seen is that —

PRESIDENT TRUMP: No, you’re just making Russia richer. You’re not dealing with Russia. You’re making Russia richer.

...Remarks by President Trump and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at Bilateral Breakfast

BARCELONA — A year ago, completion of the controversial $11 billion Nord Stream 2 pipeline looked dead in the water. The Russian-owned 759-mile conduit built to pump natural gas from Russia directly to Germany appeared mortally wounded after Capitol Hill passed a sanctions package that effectively halted construction through 2020. In December, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, was so confident that the pipeline was kaput that he declared that Nord Stream 2 “will never deliver gas.”

But in May, the Biden administration served up good news for the project when Secretary of State Antony Blinken, minutes before his first meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, announced the U.S. was waiving two key congressionally mandated sanctions on Nord Stream AG, which oversees the pipeline. The decision left critics fuming, all the more when the pipeline was completed last month.

Those were “the sanctions that could have stopped it,” former U.S. Ambassador John Herbst, now director of the Eurasia Center of the Atlantic Council, told Yahoo News. “And they lifted those sanctions. For zip.”
...

Biden's acquiescence to Russia and Germany on Nord Stream 2 pipeline threatens European stability, critics say

First of all, he stated people should march and PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY let our voices heard... But retarded fools to this day want to claim he was inciting violence...

Second, it isn't his job to tell people to shut up, only dictators like your dear criminal and pedophile Biden do that...

Third of all, if he had done that you would be crying and complaining to this day "look at what the infamous dictator said..."

Fourth of all, it was your democrat criminal leaders whom made sure there wasn't enough police and other federal authorities at the Capitol...

So again, you are lying your butt off and blaming President Trump for what your criminal democrat leaders did...

First of all, and again, why would your criminal Biden prosecutors not charge him for attacking an officer if that was the Robert Reeder that was on trial?...

They have stated that they wanted to make an example of people like Robert Reeder, but decided not to press charges of attacking an officer if there was clear evidence?... WHY?...

Second of all, the person that the mainstream media claims is Robert Reeder had hair on his temples. The Robert Reeder on trial has his hair line receded by a lot.

Also, the John Reeder on trial has an oval shaped head/face. The other "John Reeder" has a square shaped head/face.

Third, that website i gave shows the clothes Reeder was wearing, which was different from the man the media claims is John Reeder.

But the number one evidence which contradicts the claims that Reeder attacked that officer is the FACT that the Biden prosecutors did not press charges after watching the video... Again, WHY?...

ROFLMAO...not really... The FBI are not investigating BLM, Antifa, etc... The entire democrat leadership claims they are "mostly peaceful protestors..." The ones they are infiltrating and would make up crimes about are Trump supporters.

Anyone who did attack any police officer should be punished. Anyone whom broke windows at the Capitol should be punished. But punishment has to be "equal for all..." But that is not what has been happening. Lies have been and are being used to this day to go after anyone whom dares be a Trump supporter, and those lies wee used to impeach the best POTUS we have had in a very long time...

Democrat leaders have been caught breaking the law and they are not being investigated for the most part. For example John Kerry who went to Iran to make a deal as if he was part of the government when Trump was POTUS and we have laws against what Kerry did... Yet nothing has happened to him, or the liars in the democrat party whom pushed to impeach Trump over Russian lies...

But the party that claims to be for equality, and the anti-Trumpers, are not for equality, otherwise they would have recalled all the criminal democrats starting with Pelosi, Swalwell, Schiff, Schummer,Waters, etc, all whom have been lying about everything since 2015 and have been using those lies to go after good people like Lt. Gen. Flynn, whom was a lifelong DEMOCRAT but was tired of the lies that democrats and the Obama/Biden administration were telling Americans about terrorism and how the Obama admin have been helping them, including domestic terrorists like BLM and Antifa, as well as foreign terrorists...

The only ones that democrats and their weaponized DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc are going after are Trump supporters and parents whom dare protest CRT, and the pornographic material being used since the Obama administration to make minors into sexual objects for the pleasure of democrats and other elitists...

BTW, your liar and pedophile in chief Biden and other democrat leaders are the ones that gave the orders of leaving Afghanistan. President Trump was not going to leave behind any Americans, or U.S. residents stuck there...

Democrats have also been lying as well as Biden. Biden claims that he was never told by any of his officials that leaving Afghanistan like he decided to do was going to create any conflicts...

But after Milley was cornered into telling the truth he said that they did tell Biden and his people to leave behind 2,500 soldiers.

The decisions that YOUR democrat leaders, including criminal Biden, are making are not the fault of President Trump... They are your fault for wanting these democrat clowns in power, and it's their fault for making those decisions...

Sadly prosecutorial misconduct rarely gets punished. The people in the best position to report it to the bar counsel are defense attorneys. But defense attorneys don't want to risk getting on the bad side of the prosecutors' office as it could negatively impact their future clients.

I know a number of J20 defendants planned on reporting AUSA Jennifer Kerkhoff to the bar counsel but im not sure if that has occurred or if the bar counsel has concluded their investigation.

Even in cases where prosecutorial misconduct is reported to the bar it's very rare for them to actually mete out a punishment. I can think of one case where an attorney had their license suspended due to failing to disclose payments to witnesses and then lying about it in court. Their suspension was reversed a few years later and their back to practicing law. But that's the only case I can think of where an attorney faced punishment for prosecutorial misconduct.

I will say that earlier this year the DC police department was forced to pay out over a million dollars due to lawsuits stemming from the J20 protests. So at least some judgment has been handed down for the Constitutional rights trampled that day.

At least get your facts right. While he did restrict travel from China he didn't stop it. US nationals were free to come and go as they pleased. Around 26,000 US citizens flown in from China just a few weeks after the restrictions went into place. It also didn't prohibit travel from the Hong Kong or Macao territories, which led to 8,000 foreign nationals entering the country during the same time period.

The fact that the restrictions didn't apply to US citizens does make the restrictions come across as jingoistic. US citizens can spread the virus just as easy as any other nationality. So if the goal is to stop the spread, why would you not have restrictions applied equally?
