I agree.
Pandora's box has been open.

And that experiment?
Been there....done that....first time my jaw dropped.

This guy is terrible. Along with UBI he wants to provide free abortions for "trans women " that level of pandering or loss of touch with reality isn't good either way.

Can you imagine rampant inflation resulting from UBI? I can.
Yep it’s unsustainable. Too bad the woke sustainable development green reds don’t understand economics.

Universal Basic Income.

Yeah, no. I prefer to earn my way.

I'd no more trust this guy, then I would any other politician. Meaning not at all.

His UBI isn't what sinks it for me, it's his buying votes that does.

NO ONE needs financially "rewarded' for voting. FFS, I'm a cheapskate bargain hunting penny-pincher who loves extra dough falling into my hands, but not this way, it's unethical. Your reward is supposed to be a less #ed up government (be it local, state, or federal) If you have to be paid to vote, your vote isn't worth much at all in the first place.

He's a champion of UBI so no thanks.

If we could cancel the hundreds of BS govt handout programs and disband the tens of thousands of employees and bloated administrators and waste and fraud associated with each of them and just go to one UBI, I think I could get on board. I'd at least like to see some proposals. I think it could work. You don't need food stamps or HUD because you are getting 45k annual income. If you can't afford rent and food on almost 4k a month then you go to mandatory basic training on how to be an adult. Plus you *could* always have a job too.
