Well, again, this happened in a gun-free zone in a high school where all students must conform. Obviously, this "shooter" found a way to get the gun in despite all attempts to make the school safe. I smell a major lawsuit will be in the making. This questions the school's ability to make the school safe for all students on the property. Did they hire an armed safety officer to roam the halls and or did they employ metal detectors in all entrances and exits? Otherwise, allowing all students to carry concealed firearms may be the rational response...ain't that sad? reply to: carewemust

Well at least they got him.

WFAA. Is the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex ABC local affiliate with live coverage.

I’m in Texas, lived in the Metroplex, and now live in Central Texas, and I am extremely proud of the Mansfield and Arlington police response, as well as the response and coordination of removing the students, and getting the kids to a safe location.

Before this gets ugly and political, please send love and light to the students, parents and loved ones, and the faculty.
