Police are investigating an active shooter situation reported at a high school in Arlington, Texas, the school district said.

Timberview High School is on lockdown, the Mansfield Independent School District said.

I'm surprised the school didn't have metal detectors in place. Thought that was a thing now.

But the unknown suspect fled the scene. Makes me wonder who they'll pin this one on.

I see the CBS comments are already blaming Abbott. Good ol democrats, and they still have an unknown shooter that miraculously fled. My bet is on a white supremacist Trump supporter in a MAGA hat named Peter Schlotzki did it. And the information will come from an anonymous source.

Aren't the teachers armed in Texas? Thought everyone there was.
