Oh my goodness, that is such a good point.
If tptb don’t like how fast information is getting out on a high level subject, just go “offline” for a bit.
We’ll know for sure if it happens again

You have used modern Windows operating systems for too long. Delete doesn't mean 'put into 'recycle bin''.

Delete means 'erase completely', as it was in the DOS times and before. You don't delete anything 'INTO' anything, you just delete something, which means that something ceases to exist.

Ah, good old DOS! Simpler times but even there, erasing a file wasn't an absolute. DOS simply took the pointer to the sector on the disk where the file is out of the directory. The file is still there until the space is overwritten.
