There is no way they would mandate the vaccine if those figures were real, they are fake like everything else.

98% of medical doctors are vaccinated. I think the burn out comes from battling and treating uneducated and unvaccinated individuals for the most part.

Most of the resignations are from support staff. Nurses, hospital receptionists, janitors, etc.

More like they are quitting because they are feeling guilty for duping the people about a fake vaccine.

You guys better up your misinformation fear-mongering so you can keep fleecing the gullible.

The vaccine mandates are working and folks are realizing their jobs are worth keeping.

I seriously doubt it's 98%.
I'd need to see a non-partisan source to consider that percentage.
I personally know the following:
My GP and my daughter's pediatrician have not taken the Jab.
I have six family members that work in the health care field.
Two are retired RNs, three are currently RN's
and one an orthopedic surgeon (for now).
None of them, and a lot of their peers, have taken the jab
and if it comes to mandatory jabs, they will walk.

But they have the option of walking because we (the rest of the family)
live off the land and need minimal income to survive. By survive I mean
to keep the government from taking our land and homestead due to not paying taxes.

Strange no-one I know who is vaccinated read the Vaccine information sheets but those that educated themselves read it didn't get vaccinated. Please take your obvious bias out of the equation when trying to talk on the subject of fact.

With over a hundred different Vaccines in the world and more treatment options for the immune response to a viral infection why bother getting repeated jabs risking the known side effects for something that does effect 90%+ of the human race.

Unless of course you are educated and have shares in the profiteers of human suffering.

Sure, that's why New York of all places had to call in the National Guard to take over and fill in for hospital jobs where large numbers of health care workers left.

It's getting to the point where I believe very little of what you say here. In this case, the 98% figure.

He clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. The state of NY is bringing in National Guard members who are "medically trained" as well as other medical workers from other states...

Gov. Hochul took executive action Monday to allow medically trained National Guard troops to fill in for hospital workers who are refusing to get their COVID-19 shots despite the state’s vaccine mandate in health care settings.

www.nydailynews.com... blbxxfd7fhcigsnd7f5rga-story.html

New York state officials are bracing for staffing shortages when the state's health care worker vaccination mandate takes effect on Monday, and could be looking to the National Guard — as well as medical professionals from other states and countries — to help address them.

Here is an interesting article about the North Carolina hospital system firings

Link

Today, 98.6% of more than 35,000 team members are compliant with Novant Health’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination program. Team members are considered compliant if they have received the following: the single dose Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine, a first dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine — or if they applied for, and were granted, a medical or religious exemption. Team members who have started a two-dose vaccine series will now have until October 15 to get their second dose and remain in compliance.

Says 98% there. Some people seem to have an issue with that number.

Beginning this week, approximately 375 team members — across 15 hospitals, 800 clinics and hundreds of outpatient facilities — have been confirmed to be non-compliant and are not able to report to work. They will have an opportunity to comply over a five day, unpaid suspension period. If a team member remains non-compliant after this suspension period, he or she will have their employment with Novant Health terminated.

375 of 35,000 non-complaint lol. Seems like pretty good vaccine adopting to me.

I draw your attention to my post above as just one example. www.abovetopsecret.com...

Also here is the American Medicial Association numbers - Link

CHICAGO — The American Medical Association (AMA) today released a new survey (PDF) among practicing physicians that shows more than 96 percent of surveyed U.S. physicians have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, with no significant difference in vaccination rates across regions. Of the physicians who are not yet vaccinated, an additional 45 percent do plan to get vaccinated.

I hope this helps you.

Seen plenty of doctors, and they are fine, but hospitals live and die by the quality of there nursing staff and that is the problem I have been seeing. Hospitals closing down wards not because they are over whelmed with covid cases, but because they dont have enough nurses to fully staff the hospital.

The why... dont know, could be many variables but bottom line at least around me is we dont have enough nurses.

Stop lying, NY MAY us national guard. We’ll see.

The hospital system in NC suspended 375. As of Monday 200 of those got their first shot.

Same with United Airlines. Only 600 will be terminated out of 67,000.

Cases and hospitalization down.

I can validate this is the case here within our Hospital system as well.

Seems to me that 98.6% is a measure of the current compliance rate in that hospital system, and it's obviously going to be very high because those who don't comply have already quit or been fired. The 96% figure from that AMA survey is probably closer to the truth but those sort of surveys can also be biased if one group is more likely to respond to the survey. As I said the real figure is probably around 95%, otherwise staff shortages wouldn't be such a big issue.

My estimation is pretty much what the survey says anyway. 5% refusing the vaccine isn't a huge number, but it's enough to cause some staffing problems. It doesn't surprise me the number is so low, because barely anyone has the ability to give up their source of income. I'm so damn sick of this nanny state bs where our government thinks it's their prerogative to enforce medical treatments onto people because they are too stupid to decide for themselves.

7% is not the same as 1 in 7. But 7% does sound like a fairly accurate number.

I'm sorry, but you'll never convince me that Novant Health, who is a non-profit organization, is being totally honest about their numbers, nor do I think they're capable of gathering accurate data over 15 hospitals, 800 clinics, and hundreds more of out-patient facilities over a three state area. Plus their percentage rate includes those who met the mandate by turning in religious exemptions and medical exemptions for the vaccine.

It's still clear that New York has serious concerns about where their vaccination mandate is going to lead, especially as it relates to smaller hospitals and rural areas...

"While the majority of OGH's 840 employees are on record as being vaccinated (68 percent), there are still more than 250 employees who have chosen to decline vaccination, enough to push the hospital into a disaster status, should these employees elect to leave the organization as a result of the mandate. These are employees from nearly every department across the organization, including nursing, who have thus far declined vaccination. This situation is playing out not only here in the Southern Tier, but across New York state."

Christians have always been their target. Think it’s due to “whiteness” which is despised for some reason. White history culture identity and religion, even their nations must somehow be eliminated and destroyed.

I can agree with some of the things you posted, but whiteness does not have a monopoly on Christianity.

Christianity, in America, is very prevalent in the Black and Hispanic community. Strong religious beliefs, and faith, are the things that most accredit to their survival and success.
