You are contradicting yourself and proving I was right...

You aren't making sense. What contradicts what?

Please explain.

Scheller demonstrated the wisdom of Orwell: In a time of universal deception, speaking the truth is a radical act.

Yesterday I called my congressman's office and told them that Scheller does not belong in the brig.

You claimed...

No actually you don't have the "right not to follow unlawful orders"

Then you posted a link which states...

...
To sustain the presumption, the order must relate to military duty. It must not conflict with the statutory or constitutional rights of the person receiving the order.

Leaving Americans and U.S. legal residents at the hands of the Taliban...The Biden administration ARMED the Taliban with over $28 million U.S.D. in military equipment which has been used and will be used against our Armed Forces from now on and on our allies as well...

At one point the freaking puppet Biden administration demanded for Americans and U.S. legal residents that wanted to be evacuated from Afghanistan had to pay $2,000 U.S.D. each to be evacuated...

It is within his rights to point out that this should have never happened. Just like it would be within his right to protest if his military leaders decided to leave our soldiers at the hands of the Taliban, and they decided to ignore the pleads made through the chain of command, and they were made...

Many military officers, and U.S. representatives, and Senators have tried to reason with the Biden administration. But the Biden puppet administration is refusing to change their strategy which has included physically telling private flights with American citizens, U.S. residents and U.S. allies from leaving Afghanistan, and the Biden puppet administration even threatened those planes telling them that if they departed they would be shot down... President Biden's puppet government threatened civilian aircraft whose sole purpose was to evacuate AMERICANS, U.S. RESIDENT and our ALLIES...

Our senators, representatives, and our military officers and soldiers whom have protested this have tried to reason, using the chain of command, with the Biden puppet administration. But they decided not to change their tactics and have left AMERICANS, U.S. RESIDENTS and allies at the hand of a terrorist organization...

It was the DUTY of Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller to protest in public if his chain of command decided not to listen to reason since they decided to leave our people at the hands of FING TERRORISTS...

Yes. What I said is correct. You also don't have the RIGHT to NOT rob a bank. You also don't have the RIGHT to NOT commit murder. You also don't have the RIGHT to NOT run a red light.

What you have is the OBLIGATION TO FOLLOW THE LAW - whether you are in the military or not.

Leaving Americans and U.S. legal residents at the hands of the Taliban...

This was badly handled admittedly, but the situation on the ground made it impossible to do it well. Imagine what the case would be had Biden's predecessor got his way.

It was Trump’s fondest hope — or dangerous obsession — in his final days in office to withdraw the last U.S. troops from Afghanistan, as the fulfillment of his “America First” ideals. In November 2020, as Trump fought his flailing battle to void the results of a presidential election, he signed an executive order mandating that U.S. troops leave Afghanistan by Jan. 15, 2021. (link)

The Biden administration ARMED the Taliban with over $28 million U.S.D. in military equipment

The Biden administration did not arm the Taliban. Period. The Biden administration did not supply the Taliban or anybody in Afghanistan with one red cent of military equipment. Every piece of American made military equipment was there before Biden was inaugurated. Pretending otherwise is a simple lie.

which has been used and will be used against our Armed Forces from now on and on our allies as well...

The U.S. Military is very good at destroying any equipment they leave behind, any equipment that the Taliban captured was owned by the Afghan army which collapsed when the Government ran away. And that happened because Biden's erstwhile predecessor, Treasonous-Trump, abandoned the Afghan government and actually went over to the other side by convincing Pakistan to release over 5000 experienced, battle-hardened, Taliban fighters from prison back into Afghanistan to open up another front. That by the way is the Constitutional definition of Treason.

At one point the freaking puppet Biden administration demanded for Americans and U.S. legal residents that wanted to be evacuated from Afghanistan had to pay $2,000 U.S.D. each to be evacuated...

That is FALSE - from beginning to end.

It was an 'accusation' made by Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, a Republican from New York, who tweeted on Aug. 19 that President Joe Biden was charging Americans for their flights. Tenney, did not include in her tweet that that charge would be justified under a law that REPUBLICANS put in place.

The Department has not charged any private U.S. citizen, vulnerable Afghan, or third country national to get on a Department arranged flight out of Kabul. Given the situation, the Department does not intend to seek reimbursement from anyone for whom the Department provided transportation out of Kabul,”...
...
Since her Aug. 19 tweet, Rep. Tenney has acknowledged the Biden administration says it will not charge Americans for the repatriation flights.

Please try to keep up with current events, your screed will go over so much better.

It is within his rights to point out that this should have never happened. Just like it would be within his right to protest if his military leaders decided to leave our soldiers at the hands of the Taliban, and they decided to ignore the pleads made through the chain of command, and they were made...

It is within his rights to have an opinion, yes. It is NOT within his rights to disobey LAWFUL orders.

It is within your rights to disagree with a speed limit sign. It is not within your rights to disobey that speed limit sign.

Shot down by WHO exactly? Americans? Are you insane?

The Taliban controls the freaking airport, they have the capability to shoot down planes, blow them up on the ground, whatever, AND the Taliban are refusing them permission to leave, they are holding them as hostages (or at least, were, I am unaware of the exact situation at the moment).

So you expect that the US, knowing that is the case, should say silent and not warn the planes that they were in danger? What kind of hypocritical monster are you? For effs sake.

Our senators, representatives, and our military officers and soldiers whom have protested this have tried to reason, using the chain of command, with the Biden puppet administration. But they decided not to change their tactics and have left AMERICANS, U.S. RESIDENTS and allies at the hand of a terrorist organization...

The Taliban is not a terrorist organization - America does not negotiate with terrorists. Trump negotiated with them - ON AMERICAN SOIL no less - and surrendered.

It was the DUTY of Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller to protest in public if his chain of command decided not to listen to reason since they decided to leave our people at the hands of FING TERRORISTS...

No, it was not. It was the DUTY of Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller to obey all LAWFUL orders. Period.

Each of your complaints in this post (that mostly have nothing to do with Scheller) should be placed at the feet of the Treasonous-Trump administration. I know they grow out of your desire to be outraged by anything and everything that has to do with anything that isn't you, but you should give credit where credit is due.

Treasonous-Trump traitorously empowered the Taliban by giving them legitimacy. Treasonous-Trump traitorously surrendered to the Taliban, on US soil no-less, by 'negotiating' with Taliban while excluding the Afghan Government. Treasonous-Trump traitorously 'instructed' Pakistan to release thousands of enemy soldiers to return to Afghanistan to fight against American allies during a period of open conflict. Treasonous-Trump traitorously and unequivocally abandoned those allies by Executive Order to withdraw by 15 January 2020.

How many people and how much equipment would have been left behind then?

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, Jr. pleads guilty to all charges;

The U.S. Marine who posted videos on social media criticizing military leadership and the Biden administration’s withdrawal of military assets from Afghanistan pled guilty to all charges during a court-martial hearing at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina on Thursday.

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. has pled guilty to all six misdemeanor-level charges, including willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer, dereliction in the performance of duties and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.

Scheller was freed from the brig last week where he was being held for violating an agreement to stop posting criticism on social media.

In this age of lying and avoidance of personal responsibility, the Honorable Integrity displayed by Mr. Scheller is refreshing to see.

After 5 years, Obamas to break ground on Presidential Center
Daniel Craig: 007 over and out

Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, the officer who went viral for blasting the military's leadership amid the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan, has been sent to the brig, according to a report.

"All our son did is ask the questions that everybody was asking themselves, but they were too scared to speak out loud," Scheller's father, Stu Scheller Sr., told Task & Purpose. "He was asking for accountability. In fact, I think he even asked for an apology that we made mistakes, but they couldn’t do that, which is mind-blowing."

Scheller first rose to internet stardom by posting a video to Facebook blasting military leaders for the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, questioning their command decisions on the events leading up to and during the final evacuation effort.

MARINE WHO CRITICIZED MILITARY LEADERS OVER AFGHAN EXIT SAID HE WAS ORDERED TO UNDERGO MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING

Scheller would go on to release several more videos, generating praise and controversy while drawing the ire of military leadership. Eventually, he was told by superiors to stop posting to social media altogether, an order he immediately ignored by posting about the gag order.

Outspoken Marine officer who went viral blasting military leaders over Afghanistan is jailed: report

This is more evidence that the criminal Biden administration is a tyrannical government. No longer can people ask questions or have doubts about "experimental vaccines", and we can no longer even question our so called leaders. Because if you do you will be sent to jail, like in every socialist/communist hell hole that has ever existed...

All this officer did was ask questions and point out the errors of his leadership. But in Biden's America you can no longer question our leadership or demand accountability for massive errors, and for leaving behind an untold number of American citizens, U.S. legal residents and allies and when in fact the Biden criminal administration left them all at the hands of the Taliban...

Nice. Lock the guy up. Play the PTSD bit up to discredit him, then dangle the carrot. Punishment is going to be a Letter of Censure in his record, he keeps his pension contingent on his retirement under medical conditions and a non-disclosure agreement.

Isn't it amazing that what this Marine officer was being held accountable for is what other officers whom are very pro-democrat have done, but they are not being held accountable?...

For example. Milley didn't follow his chain of command, several times he went straight to the media with his claims. Was he ever charged for this?... Is he facing court martial over his dereliction of duty?... Was Miley ever charged in criminal comtempt for colluding with Chinese officials into taking power from the POTUS like he did over his lies that President Trump might start a war with China?... That isn't his power and he didn't follow his chain of command.

What about Vindman?... Vindman refused to follow his chain of command, President Trump was his boss, and Vindman wanted to continue the foreign policies of Obama/Biden when that is a power he didn't have... What about Vindman's own indiscretion on going directly to the media with his lies instead of following his chain of command?...

None of these officers, and others as well, followed their chain of command. Were they ever held accountable for committing such crimes?... No...

It is clear that the law is not being applied equally. If you dare be against democrats/the left and their lies you are held accountable and your life is destroyed, including forcing people to bankruptcy.

But when those whom are aiding the corrupt democrat leaders commit the same crimes they are not held accountable...

Justice is not blind or fair. That's why I have no problem at all with what the protestors did on Jan 6, 2021. If needed, the next one will be a real "insurrection".

Lt. Colonel Scheller has been sentenced. The judge took into account his 17 years of exemplary service.

Letter of Reprimand & $5,000: www.foxnews.com...

Maybe down the road, he'll get a commendation for telling the truth about the Biden Administration's tragedy-filled withdrawal from Afghanistan.
