It's crazy to me that there's been little to no threads on the La Palma situation that has only become worse in the 7 days since the volcano Cumbre Vieja first erupted.
This guy compiles videos of the small landslide and cracks that happened earlier today.
Y'all probably know the debunked tsunami theory that circulates this volcano, which is that if a piece the size of Manhattan were to fall into the ocean, a mega tsunami would completely obliterate the East Coast of the US. Over this past week many have been saying it's all fear mongering and that landslides and cracks are unlikely to happen yet here we are.
I'm in Miami Florida so I'd be obliterated along with everyone else on the East Coast

Just a heads up to keep watch.

I know nothing about Earthqaukes .. or Mega Tsunamis either for that
matter.. I think you are correct and people should pay attention

who knows what could happen until it happens.

I've been watching for the last four nights and it's looking more and more angry.

Also, if you watch it a lot, the colours sometimes change a bit. I'm guessing it depends on the types of rock that are molten.

BIG PLUMES right now.

I live on the east coast of Canada. At this point if it happens I'd welcome it,and get it over with. After watching those stupid Discovery channel shows that put me in a state of paranoia over all this for a long time, to actually be living it has turned out to be a big ol' nothing burger.
Of course, there is some relief in that as well. I expected to be in Davy Jones locker right now.

Anybody know if this volcano will be added to Spain's CO2 emission total?

Because somebody isn't going to make their quota this year if it is...j/k

Thanks for keeping us updated on something that should be getting more attention than it currently does.

Saw a headline today where it had opened another vent.

I’m no expert either.

Could this possibly be the explosion the Remote Viewers were talking about in September?

That big river of lava in the stream I posted was not there yesterday.

Convenient time for a remote viewing thread about lava and magma.

I wouldn't put too much stock into it...

If I recall correctly, they assumed a bomb. They spoke of a mushroom cloud. Nothing said about volcanic eruptions.

Not saying I’m a RV believer. Just throwing it out there.

How far inland were they saying it would go on the east coast?

That's cool. The lava or magma thing just seemed a little too convenient given the date of the post.

A large steam explosion could create a mushroom cloud, like reactor 3 (I believe it was) at Fukishima did shortly after the tsunami.

I have no idea if there is enough water in the area for this to happen.

Complete novice but isn't better that lava is flowing, isn't a plugged vent building up pressure causes violent eruptions. It will take half the island sliding into the sea for the catastrophic tsunami scenario

some thought the mega tsunami would be hundreds of meters ( 300 feet ) tall and as far inland as richmon virgina but the latest say it would be more like 10 meters ( 30 feet)

there were land slides from 100 to 200 thousand years ago because they have seen the landslide deposits on the sea floor
