Dear New ATS Owners Please Fix Your Damn Site

I've not experienced any issues in 2021 thus far here in the USA. Once in awhile the forum icons do not display when viewing 'new topics' but otherwise good to go on my end. I only access via my notebook and desktop.

I cant count how many times recently I've had a double post go through...
Before, I would chalk it up to hitting the post button multiple times.
But I've been making a point of hitting it once and just waiting and still I get that DP.

Havent had any problems here. I'm exclusively on mobile with verizon/spectrum. Using android.

Pages load like molasses.

YT videos are always broken.

Used to be horrendous for me in the UK...

There are other threads about issues on ATS and to the extent a pattern can be seen, the problems seem to be much more common on mobile devices than on PCs.

Part of me it says it's the tracking software, but the rest of me knows I'm hardly that important.

ATS is working fine for me on my PC, no problems. I haven't tried it on my mobile lately.

No problems here..just pic upload page not loading..which sucks because I find juucy stuff.

I am about to demand a refund...
Hey ATS, can I get my free dollars back?

The box visible instead of icons isn't on ats end. It does that if you have a crappy/slow connection.
It isn't a huge site datawise when viewing these text pages and icons.

Beside having some problems with the icons, the side is working good for me.

I have experienced absolutely none of these issues.

Everything works well for me,EXCEPT youtube vids are ALWAYS a black box.

I'm in UK.

It's terrible on mobile. Fine on laptop.

No problems for me here in Portugal, using a cable connection.
What's the address of the mobile version?

I haven't noticed or encountered any issues.

It's really odd.

In the years I've been here, I've never had any of the issues y'all are talking about. Other then when the entire site is down for whatever reason...

I had problems on some occasions, like at the time we had slow downs at specific times. Since that problem was solved I haven't had any problems, only the usual time it takes to load most pages from the US.

I can barely handle even browsing ATS anymore because of the time out issues. Posting and even just browsing's become a chore now. Hell even starring and flagging a post or thread takes clicking it over and over and over again. I tried using a VPN, worked fine for browsing but posting didn't work for some reason. I even got all paranoid and started thinking my phone company was blocking ATS, still not sure about that, but, I kinda doubt it. Considering so many people with various connection setups and ISPs are having similar issues with no real rhyme or reason as to why, I'm leaning towards something's #ed with ats.

I would love to be able to unload, well anything from my mobile phone, just a picture would do.

Clicking desktop site doesn't work for me either :/

I haven't had any problems, in fact it actually seems to be just a bit better lately. That might not have anything to do with ATS, could just be improvements with my provider (I'm in southern California on Spectrum).

I always use my laptop here, but I just tried with my phone and it seems just as quick. I tried the mobile with both house wifi and my phone's mobile data connection and didn't notice any difference.

Whatever's causing the problems for some of you, I hope it gets fixed. Slow loading, no graphics, dropped connections are always irritating!
