Is there a list of which moderators work the different forums or do all moderators do all forums? I need help with something.

If you click at the top↑ of the page on 'Forums', and then scroll down, there's a list on the left side of the page that has all the Staffs names. It doesn't specify which Forums, but it has them separated as Forum Moderators, Super Moderators, and a few others. If you click any of their names, it will automatically open up the Private Message page for you to send a PM to that specific Mod.

Best to alert the post, which creates a direct link, and let us know what it is that needs done. But to answer your question, Super Moderators and Administrators have all forums and regular Moderators have assigned forums which vary from person to person.

But by alerting, we all see it versus someone who might be on break getting a PM and not seeing it for a few days.
