Did I send this permission request correctly?

First of all, I want to be clear that I am not rushing anyone if they are busy, that's not my place and I know you guys have a lot on your plate. I just want to be sure that I sent this the correct way. I would like to post a link to my personal website in my bio, and undersand that I need administration approval for this. I sent a direct message to "ADMINISTRATION", is that correct?
