Lukashenko said the money was offered on condition that he impose lockdowns, enforce the wearing of face masks, introduce curfews, establish an effective police state and shut down the economy.

Therefore, the financial markets are increasingly calling for more uniform reporting about its impact. This includes the financial impact of climate change on a company. The standards that the ISSB will develop are intended to serve as the basis for such reporting.

Absolutely is correct but it just boils down to the economic law. "That laws are made by the rich to preserve their wealth" The problem is if it worked we really would have the same line of rulers since civilization started, I know that the bloodline theory is prevalent, but what happened during the many Dark ages. I propose that at this stage it goes to total collapse as a balancing effect. Simply because such a system would be perfect and therefore unable to change.
