Joe Biden speaks live regularly. He's 78. That's what I see. Someone whos 78 and President. You'd have us believe he's drooling and speaking gibberish. Sorry, that's not what I see.

Do you sound crazy? NO. Do you sound like you've bought into a lot of the BS out there. YES.

Even when your political brethren lead you to the water, you still refuse to drink. You appear to be outright delusional.

I think we have a tangled mess of a lame duck president, congress infighting and inaction, multiple unchecked/overpowered/noncooperating intelligence agencies, and overwhelming unelected bureaucracy all wanting complete control.

I see no immediate solution or hope. This is no longer "we the people". Nothing short of experienced vets from endless wars deciding to do something highly improbable and insane can do anything. We let the beast get out of control.

So in short, to the title question, yes.

Only by cleaning house in both parties can we begin to approach a solution.

The problem is, it's looking like we may have to skip that third Box of Liberty and move directly to the fourth in order to make that happen. They seem to need to be reminded that they are our representatives, not our overlords.

I think a stop to this national sponsorship of two parties would be a start, so yeah, I agree. Then probably we'd have to hang the bureaucrats, and infiltrate and gut intelligence agencies. Get a hold of the Treasury and stop black funding to these people. It'd take well over 150 years. At least.

Maybe split up super corporations under monopoly laws, too. Maybe that's where we should really start.

Excellent suggestions. But how to put a bell on the cat, so to speak.

That's why I said I see no immediate solution or hope. If popular media was more neutral, I'm sure most of the nation would agree on most things. That would help a bit. With an entire nation pissed off, who knows what we could accomplish if we could stop arguing about BS issues and just discuss and figure stuff out as a people, and not as whatever party we cheer that year.

Trump was as close to a 3rd party candidate that we'll ever see for the next several generations.

The establishment has too much of a lock on our system.

How about this, instead of defund the police, defund the Congress. And everyone involved is constantly audited, no PACs, no donations whatsoever. They can have modest housing and food, and no first or business class flight plans for travel. An attendance policy involving expulsion after so many missed sessions. No bills introduced for law over 50 pages. No laws within laws.

Nobody is able to leave congress to go home without passing a budget within our budget on time, no exceptions. And if they can send us all ballots and tax return forms, they need to give us receipts for where our taxes went.

Bell on the cat is easy, I’m not called the cat elder god for nothing. However you can’t unring that bell, so you have to be ready and have the support to carry out the rest. Trump found out that you can’t drain the swamp alone...that was his big mistake.

Hey man, drastic solutions often take drastic measures. We can't click like and subscribe with the bell icon to a better government.

All I'm going to say is that it starts locally.

Probably a new method though, gas chambers are so 1940s.

How 'bout a "vaccine"?

Exactly. It seems difficult to get most people into local poloptics though. I personally find it difficult to get real news about my own town.... I should start a local news team..

Putting the bell on the cat is a rough analogy for rebooting the system at significant cost to the little guys who take it upon themselves where the lords of the manor won't.

Are you Newt?

You sound a lot like Newt.

I liked Newt.

He was right about nearly everything in hindsight.

Good question.

That would certainly be more 2020s.

And a lot more efficient than the gas chambers.

What is going in America is the push for some type of socialist system, but in this "new system" the elite will keep their money, while forcing the rest of the nation to share theirs.

Lets see how that goes,

And that is pretty much the coup d'etat that I see.
