Replacing one dictatorship with another is probably a lot easier than imposing one on a free people.

So if there are any plans to one day encompass the likes of Afghanistan in a one world government, then allowing them to be ruled by a dictatorship in the meantime may well serve that purpose. At least then a one world dictatorship can pose as the saviour from the Taliban, instead of the imposter of new restrictions on freedom.

Hypothetically speaking!

Or did it?

The word "fascism" was created in the 1920's. It came out of "Italian totalitarianism".

To the OP. Which NWO does the OP refer to? I ask because the beneficiary of NATO leaving Afghanistan is China. Not only does China now get access to exploit Afghanistan’s natural resources, but control of Afghanistan gives China a direct land route to Iran, the Middle East and onward to Africa.

Interesting that the Muslim hating Chinese can find friends with the Taliban. I guess at the end of the day it’s money which will control the Taliban – money and ready access to lots of boys and girls. China will turn a blind eye to the human rights and governance issues, because they partake in such practices themselves.

It's documented that Mussolini invented it.
From this item:
Definition of fasces
: a bundle of rods and among them an ax with projecting blade borne before ancient Roman magistrates as a badge of authority
