Isis, Taliban, etc are all funded and grown by USA black ops. Then the "good" special ops go and fight them. Seems like it's all orchestrated. I wish there was something that could be done to expose and stop it.

Isis started as a result of the US invasion of Iraq , they are not funded by the US but the Taliban were funded by the US as a counter to the Russian invasion of Afghanistan.

As Charlie Wilson noted, the U.S. messed up the endgame after the Soviet Withdrawal from Afghanistan. Granted, the inflow of billions of dollars in developmental aid invites corruption. Yet security and the accompanying reconstruction occur locally, and that holds true of countries with functioning systems of governance.

The Reagan admin's understandable one-eyed Soviet lens foreign policy is why they ignored the seeds of the Taliban ruling Afghanistan. IMO, a helpful case study for policymakers who ignore the diverse range of threats in today's security environment.
