It can take 30-40 years but they will say they were sorry. They did for infecting the Tuskegee Airmen and other Black Americans and also for releasing a bio weapon on San Francisco to see what it would do to people. Another case of releasing an agent in the NY subway to see how people reacted.

Main thing is they owned it, said sorry and we forgave them. No matter what happens we can hang our hat on that fact.

THere was a time recorded in American history where people that invaded the north American continent gave native peoples warm blankets for the winter (infected with small pox)

I am not aware of an official apology for that until like 100 years later where someone a hole apologized for something someone else did to a lot of other people long before they were born and said a hole probably didn't really care farther then an article they read and said " Well damn if I say sorry about this then these people might think I am A OK"

They only say sorry after they are found out.

This is the real truth.

If they were never found out, then, they would never have apologized.

Sorry does not cut it!

The people involved in everything you mentioned should have been hanged.

No where in the replies to do I see any mention of the harm done over the decades to those that are UFO abductees.

Thanks to government efforts, directly with published statements, and through scientists such as the late Carl Sagan, tailor-made studies, and a over-riding non-interest in the situation, thousands of US citizens have been allowed to be victimized and delegitimentalized by the phenomena. Many of those thousands of have suffered in multiple ways as they not only have they never been offered help of any kind, but they have been allowed to become subjects of ridicule, disgust, distrust and even hated. For what insights some of them have been trying to share for decades. Myself being one of those.

As similar to the victims of the secret MK Ultra programs, our group has been totally ignored. (Not surprisingly, as there are connections.)

Eventually, as the reality of the UFO become acceptable by the public and the governments, I expect some organization to challenge the long-stand stance of governmental denial, coverup and lack of involvement into this issue. It is not as clear cut as the case for Agent Orange and other issues of that type, but the grounds are still for legitimate court cases are as they are for man-made problems/situations such as the on-going billion dollar case against Monsanto over RoundUp. In essence, this situation was not caused by a mistake or error in judgment, but by a deliberate set of decisions by the highest levels of government to deny, ignore and belittle the victims in order to contain the big secret of UFOs being real.

Unfortunately, while much of the public and even a major aspect of ATS folk are in ignorance about the depth of the UFO phenomena, there are many shades of the ordeal that will never be directly addressed publicly. One aspect of which many abductees can speak, as I have, is about the phenomenal abilities of the ETs to directly control the minds and actions of individuals in the abduction process as John Mack's reported in his books.

Given that most abductions seem to be centered around the early 1960s into the 1990s, time will eventually erase the victims and the government will be safe with its lack of action.

The all-encompassing corruption and lies we see everywhere today in government all began with the arrival of the "flying saucers" in 1947. By necessity, keeping that secret expanding into the government hiding the later details of wide-spread abductions (if not other terrible actions). That makes them responsible for the distinct crimes committed against the citizenry.

But make no mistake, the ETs are in control of our destiny whether we want to believe it or not. The actions of government today are merely the tools used. So in that sense, UFO abductees are perhaps sacrificial lambs (for the greater good)?
