NY AG probe finds Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was found to have sexually harassed multiple women, including current and former state employees, New York State Attorney General Letitia James announced Tuesday morning after a four-month probe into the allegations.

In at least one instance, the investigation determined that the governor sought to retaliate against a woman who leveled accusations against him.

According to James, the probe found that Cuomo and his staff fostered a toxic work environment -- though Cuomo has denied any wrongdoing and has sought in recent weeks to cast doubt on the integrity of the investigation.

Once considered a leading voice among national Democrats for his aggressive response to the coronavirus pandemic, Cuomo has suffered a meteoric fall from grace in recent months under a deluge of negative headlines.

This just gives him an out with the lesser sentence of sexual harassment. Versus multiple counts of negligence causing death for his nursing home policy’s.

The article says that the AG has determined that he broke specific laws. Do those laws include penalties?

It almost seems that having a press conference and releasing a 168 page report is in lieu of filing charges.

That sort of leaves it up to Cuomo to resign, and maybe a few civil lawsuits.

Hell NY didn't even get upset over the nursing homes deaths why should they care about this.

But they still talk about Trump joking in a locker room about the women that want to hang out with the rich and famous.

Bah! What a bombshell, devastatingly damning nothing burger!

I mean, I'm listening to Leticia James describe damning detail after damning detail of ubber creepy, sleazy sexual harassments and nonconsensual touching, of multiple women, including corroborating testimony from 179 witnesses, by Cuomo, accusing him of unwelcome sexual advance, kissing, groping, hugging, and creating toxic work environment, causing some women to quite public service, that stretched on for years.

BUT... no criminal charges, no criminal consequences! Cuomo is already "He said, she said" -ing this thing, and Leticia James says the take away from all this is to trust and listen to women.



Now it's in the hands of legislators...yeah OK, if you say so! And the women can sue Cuomo in civil court, if the statute of limitations hasn't passed. More work and more expenses for the women!



Color me disappointed!

Former Vice President JOE BIDEN had 8 (EIGHT) sexual assault claims levied against him in 2019, in a class-action group filing.

He should be punished before Cuomo.

First come, first served (prosecution).

Assault Claims Matter.

Cuomo's own AG has turned against him. The sharks have smelled blood in the water and are circling . Cuomo is done. My guess is he'll resign before the end of the month.

It won't make up for all the nursing home deaths he caused, but then, the wrongful death lawsuits ought to be epic.
