Having a military presence in a country is not the same as "occupation." When a country is occupied by the military of another nation it is that military which in control of the legal and politicial system of that country.

Kosovo is a province which belonged to Serbia.Till the war happened.
Why should Russia return a province when Americans have bombed Serbia because of the war in the Balkans and build their base in the region?

You got your ideas backwards. Kosovo has never been a "province of Serbia", it's been always inhabited by autochthonous albanian population and so it will be. In fact it's Serbia that was the occupying force in Kosovo and so it's really great to see Serbia being bombarded by American forces and having a military base there, Bondsteel.

If it's a country that loves to cause trouble in the whole region of the Balkans, it's Serbia, the most criminal, hatemongering country there. A country which doesn't even deserve to exist there, unlike the croats and slovenians.
