This should (hopefully) make a good many Democrat heads explode.

They thought with Joe Biden in White House, the DACA illegals could safely continue to make a mockery of immigrants who paid their dues to earn the rights and privileges of America.

A federal judge in Texas on Friday invalidated an Obama-era initiative that provided deportation protections and work permits to some young immigrants, a ruling that places the program in jeopardy.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen ruled the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program was unlawful because Congress never gave the executive branch the power to grant mass reprieves to immigrants who are in the U.S. without authorization.

Nutty Nancy Pelosi should have accepted President Trump's offer to grant DACA residents a path to U.S. citizenship. Instead, she didn't want to give him a "WIN". The DACA recipients will now pay the price for Nancy being a selfish, self-centered, evil, deranged azzhole.

I still can't understand why the left chose such a flimsy way to protect "dreamers". Enacting DACA when they had a super majority and control of both the legislature and executive tells me all I need to know on the subject. The left doesn't want a solution for the bad situation these kids find themselves in ... they want a wadge issue to use to gain votes.

I do want a real solution for these kids; the left wants to keep these kids on a leash in the dark.

Im glad the judge made this ruling; it might force the left to deal with the issue instead of exploit it.

This Kindergarten behaviour or tactic if we could call it that has been their main strategy (again if we can call it that) since President Trump announced he would run for office.

Remember how Trump had vaccines ready and to send out to stated and how democratic states immediately stated that they would refuse them and when they actually received them they did not distribute them?

Yet since Trump was not in office anymore they have been the ones telling scaring and threatening people on how crucial it is to take the vaccine.

Or releasing murderers and criminals in their then self named "Sanctuary cities" just to go against Trump. That sure made victims and cost lives. But that's ok because you know, it was against Trump.

Then Burn Loot Murder and defund the police and they are surprised that they are losing support. Democracy/Idiocrasy.

eveyone (no pun!) knew it would be a bad thing if Pelosi ever gotten top be president. We now have the male version in the white house.

What's perplexing to me is how sending these people packing isn't solution El numero Uno. How Biden isn't being impeached for SEVERAL derelictions of duty as it pertains to the security of the United States, to obviously include this open border policy #ing fiasco, is another mind boggling situation.

The President did not create a new law, sign an executive order or grant anyone citizenship or amnesty, he merely directed DHS to exercise discretion to grant deferred action to qualified immigrant youth—an action that is well within his power as President.

I hate the fact that I've spent a decade on this forum, with a bunch of people who think that this is a good thing.

DACA forces these young people into a state of second class citizenship constantly worried when the ground beneath them will give away. I don't see how anyone can think this is a good thing (unless they are more interested in votes than these young people).

The only way to end this half measure that is harming so many is for it to die in court.

They were even offered a horse trade that would have covered this one. They could have had DACA kids if they gave up chain migration.

That they said no tells you all you need to know about their ability to compromise. That they farther refused to do anything when they had the power to tells you even more as you said.
