I was pondering while at work about this the other day.

It lead me back to an Ayn Rand essay she had written about the concept of 'compromise'. In which someone or group of people who propose a compromise with you or another group are actually committing some form of evil intentional act. They are asking you as a person, to take away some of your position, to let in a little of their position, or some or half or maybe all of it. But you, who were asked to compromise had to take away some, a little, half or even all of your position to come to the compromise.

This is what is happening with the vaccines. They are rolled out with the intention of being an effective tool for 'the greater good', and those who do not want to get the vaccine, are either labeled anti science, anti vaccines, crazy, a super spreader, etc, etc. and that those who choose not to get it, proposed with a compromise in order to appease those who got it. The compromise in this case isn't just a little, it's potentially everything.

What is happening is evil, down right evil. Why should those who are afraid of the virus force the ones who aren't and would responsibly isolate when the time comes (if they get the virus) get something that isn't even natural, isn't even fully tested, isn't even something that we as a human species need to survive. Is something that is being forced to be put into your body, let that sink in, someone and a lot of people are going to force this outside substance created by other people into your body eventually. Or else the compromise will never happen.

It could be all nothing and just speculation but if it gets to that point, just remember a compromise was given to you.

We've seen this with other diseases like TB, which has split into several extremely nasty strains.

Not going to get the shot for the following reasons.

1. Maybe i have a reaction and die, not worth it only because trying to dodge some flu.
2.Maybe the unvaxed will be the chosen ones and i get to live in a utopia.
3.Maybe only the vaxed stay alive trough this plandemic, and in that case, would rather die.
4. If i resist the shot long enough, they would have to release the zombie virus, and would then proceed to live the rest of my days as i have always wanted.

5. Just because they are telling me to take it, i wont.

Some time ago this nasty woman started shouting that i put everyone in danger because i was not wearing a mask in a store, i kindly replied,
I hope i do.

It shut her up quickly enough.

Unfortunately, I don't see that as being true, because courts have mis-adjudicated many things as 'constitutional' that should not have been. I mean, we have myriad anti-discrimination laws in our nation and states that often specifically state that we cannot discriminate based on medical issues; that should include if we have not been vaccinated against a relatively benign disease for 90% of humanity (or whatever the percentage is of people who are under 65-years-old).

Here in California, we have the Unruh Civil Rights Act (that's a link to a PDF download) which states...with my own emphasis:

“All persons within the jurisdiction of this state are free and equal, and no matter what their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status are entitled to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services in all business establishments of every kind whatsoever.”

So, as you can see, if businesses or the government starts (or increases) discriminating against unvaccinated people and limiting "equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services," this will definitely be a violation of the law, even if it's not unconstitutional.

I bring this up on every news story in my area about this stuff, and every group of people who oppose these lockdowns, and to every politician that I have access to, and I don't understand why this issue hasn't been brought up in a public way--except because they don't want the public to understand this truth.

I like the fact that states as individual entities have their own laws, I never could have imagine that California have such law.

I am glad I live in a state that I never lost any of my freedoms of choice during the hype of the pandemic and after. I had the choice to wear or not mask, to take or not the shot and so on.

But if you noticed the pushing of suppression of freedoms is coming from the Federal government and some of their agencies.

We are definitely trending that way and have been for a while.

Honestly, though, I'm starting to see a glimmer of hope in some recent rulings in some of the most unexpected places on some "divisive" issues (that shouldn't be divisive).

I'm 57.
Last time I had a flu shot was when I was in the army some 36 years ago.
In over 3 decades I've not had the flu.
Seems no one is denying 99% of infected recover from covid and if that's the case why a massive push to vaccinate everyone.
My State has had 519 covid deaths out of 37,318 cases that come to 1.3907497722278794% death rate of infected.
Out of 1.416 million we've had 37,318 cases which comes to 2.63545197740113% of the population becoming infected.

If my State had 40k deaths and 80k infected I may consider a vaccine.

This is how a free people would have a choice in the matter.
Why such a push to get this vaccine?

I moved back to Cali from KY a year ago, in the middle of the first days of the heaviest overreach shutdowns and restrictions. It was a painful transition...and I thought that Gov. Beshear was being heavy-handed (which he was)...Newsom needs taken behind the barn and set straight.
