Apparently the weather tracking systems did track it as lightning so. Since this is a conspiracy site my guess is that it is a DEW and it was a message to certain DS actors. The odds of lightning striking the side of a building like that pinpointing a mural of a "Controversial" figure would have to be astronomical.
