Former President Trump announces class action suit against social media companies!!!

Honestly I am surprised this has not been brought up yet.

It is game time, I personally will be joining this lawsuit.

These companies will be destroyed.

Lets go!!!

"While social media companies are officially private entities, in recent years they have ceased to be private," Trump said from his summer retreat in Bedminster, New Jersey. "Social media is the default censorship arm of the U.S. government."

The suit names specifically names Facebook and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Google and CEO Sundar Pichai, and Twitter and CEO Jack Dorsey for allegedly violating First Amendment rights.

Trying to find a link to the Right Side Broadcasting, already at 1.4 million views, at its peak it had 202,000 live viewers.

The people fight for Trump because he continues to fight for all of Americans!

Optimism might be warranted if I actually believed we were a nation governed by the rule of law.

Yup. Because this will be lost on First Amendment grounds that none of the companies are the government. My comment had nothing to do with elections and everything to do with feel good lawsuits filed by hacks.

Hopefully they have a GoFundMe up so they can solicit the gullible to fund the lawsuit.

I can never post pictures, but the team has already sent texts seeking donations. Defaults to 100 bucks reoccurring.

I did hear the Twtter TOS states lawsuits need to be filled in CA and this was filed in Florida, so who knows.

I think individual states should pass laws to outlaw things these social media companies are doing. A unified effort by a lot of red states with fines and arrest could cause some damage. Just like Florida did with the cruise lines and vaccines.

Yeah its really not right social media - the modern day public square can literally ban you for no other reason than you're effective politically

If they can point out something illegal or horrific he said which actually does violate their terms then fair enough

But i think its more than obvious he didn't so the case is pretty solid IMO
