Dozens of people were unaccounted for after portions of a condo building north of Miami Beach collapsed early Thursday, killing at least one person. Miami-Dade County Commissioner Sally Heyman told CBS News 51 of the building's residents are unaccounted for.

Secret war? They are capable of weather warfare and targeting people with sound why not buildings.

Cheap labor, bribed inspectors, underhanded permits, I'd guess that has more to do with it than some secret Chinese vibrating weapon.

I'm not saying it's not a possibility. However, it's quite a distance from where the bombs were set off to Miami. I'm half way between both event areas, I never heard anyone mention feeling a tremor. I would think if the explosion were involved it would have happened much further north off the east coast vs Miami.

With all the rain we've been having the past few weeks my guess would be a huge sink hole opened up.

Shoddy building practices. Just the same as Sydney. The Crims have taken over the only problem is they haven't got a clue about good governance. They should have stuck to what they are good at.
