Euro football….

Looks like England are facing the Germans in the knockout stages…….after a dismal draw with Scotland….and seeing who they could potentially meet next…….I’ve a grim feeling it’s game over for the English squad……especially after seeing all four teams playing for the, ahem, privilege of beating, I mean playing against England in our next match……we look pretty lacklustre to be fair…….

Not sure they would beat Hungary at this point…..

Theres a good thread going on HERE about the tournament so far.

In a one off match anything can happen. The Germans are not the force they used to be.

Group F was certainly interesting.

I actually hoped we would play Germany just to get it out of the way. If we can't beat Germany with their flip flop performances then we don't deserve to advance to the finals.

They were when they defeated Portugal 4-2.

Both Hungary and Germany looked way better…..Hungary deserves to win but yeah, match day is different but we still don’t look anywhere near the level of tonight’s matches…..

I had both matches on at the same time lol…..tv and ipad lmao but probably the best games I’ve personally seen so far in terms of excitement in this tournament

That group had the most quality across all the teams, well played to Hungary, they gave a good showing of themselves. This is where the tournament gets interesting, and I don't think any of the teams(particularly the best on paper) have hit top form as of yet.

Best 2 games look like CRO/SPN & ENG/GER

I think Wales/Denmark will be an epic game.

I felt for Hungary as that second equalising goal went in….they play their hearts out man, gutted for them

I don’t do the league games but love watching the international football matches……so no clue lol

this game was extremely exhausting. one goal and it would have been over. hungary was tight, stood very well in defense and was 100% effective up front. respect for this performance.

i also think germany will win. our offense is better. no injuries. müller will be fit for a full match by tuesday. i would say 3:1.
