Why Isn't the Left/Anti-Trumpers Protesting & Blaming Obama, Biden, Fauci, etc for COVID-19?

We know as a matter of fact that the Obama/Biden administration, Fauci, and everyone else involved in outsourcing military experiments to Wuhan China to make coronaviruses more lethal and infectious to humans, are responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic yet there are no protests or blame being thrown at the people whom are responsible for the death of allegedly millions of people. Why?
