Live in Just about an hour,at this link:

The rocket will deploy more of the next generation of Lockheed Martin GPS satellites, and is re using the launch stage from the last mission.
Look out for it if you are lucky enough to be under the flightpath of the rocket-the Falcon 9's can look impressive(and strange)from the ground.

Hope it all goes smoothly,SpaceX are certainly getting crazy busy these days...looking forward to the launch of the Heavy rocket next month too.

Edit:
I was looking for info on the trajectory of the rocket, which i didnt find, but I found more info on todays launch:

I paid my deposit Elon, when are we getting the Starlink up. I'm sick of this slow speed.
Tick Tock Elon.

GPS satellite
What a joke
Do you really believe you are getting your position from a satellite
How does the satellite track you while you're driving

All you are getting is data from all those microwave towers everywhere

Same Hoax as Google earth
You really think you are getting real time images

Why is it you never see planes flying or cars moving on the images
Becos those images are taken once every 2 years or so---from high-altitude jets

Satellites are low-tech high-altitude balloons
International communications & internet are via underwater cables connecting continents since the 1900s

My Starlink dish must be pointed at a microwave tower somewhere, which if that's the actual case (doubtful), that's still better than what AT&T did for me lol.

I hope that's sarcasm or otherwise there is so much wrong in your post as to be laughable....

The exception is Google Earth being real time....I don't know who thinks that Google Earth is real time, but the images clearly say when the images were taken in most cases, and none are ever real time, that would be a logistical nightmare of epic proportions and hugely expensive, and definitely not worth the time and effort.

Me too,its so cool seeing them building everything in Boca Chica-that really is going to be a crazy sci fi city in few short years.
The pace they are moving at is unreal.Innovations like the gigapress and the 3d printing of components is making the whole process so much faster than NASA even in their heyday.
Long may it continue.

The motto of ATS is DENY IGNORANCE

You seem to wallow in it

GPS is one of a group of positioning systems , Other countries have their own positioning systems

GPS was developed by the US military to get precise geolocation on any point on earth (or in the air)

Europe has GALLEIO

Russia has GLONASS

China recently completed their own system BEIDOU

All work by having a group of satellites in high earth orbit which beam precise time signals

GPS receivers work by taking the signals, of at least 3 different satellites, and by some fancy mathematics work out their position

High end GPS receivers can work with signals from the other systems

GOOGLE Earth has nothing to do with GPS except that they use it to determine their location when taking pictures
