Folks who live down the road from us practice some variety of Islam. They are perfectly normal Americans.

Unfortunately, after 9/11, a lot of Muslims living in this country were bullied and generally treated like crap. As we move further from those events, it seems to have gotten better. They have told me stories about their now adult children being harassed in school and that type of thing. Nothing too serious but still sickening. They are good kids and hard workers. Have helped me out on my land a few times over the Summers. Good people. They shoot on my property a lot too, I don't think twice about turning my back on them

No one is eager to harm anyone because of their religion, with the sole exception of the so called "Black Hebrew Israelites" and other extremist groups on the left. Seems the left is fairly at ease with the wanton endangerment and murder of people of the Jewish faith however.
